  1. Yesterday was odd. I had us down about 5 or 6 weeks ago and was only really there to lend a number and my considersable fighting ability should it be required to the protests. However, as a football fan you are sucked in once the whistle goes and when Ayr equalised you did wonder for a second. Still, you can imagine how the last half hour of that match went and hoping for results from other is an absolute fools endeavour. Few lads yesterday put in really big performances which is just frustrating really. No more to be said than that I dont think. Huge week for the club. The board have seen what the fans think. If they go, then the season tickets get renewed and hopefully we can get our minds back to what will be (another) crucial squad build, and start next season on a wave of positivity. League one is going to be hard. We cant #bigteam our way out of it by default. If this next week goes badly and we (myself anyway) refuse to renew and the budget etc is unclear resulting in a hindered pre season then we will be down there for more than 1 season. Needs must though. As far as where it all went wrong for the folk wondering... For me its a case of building negafive momentum. Houston started off his last season having lost key players, failed to replace them, but with the nucleus of the squad that finished second twice, fell into the trap of thinkijg we would be up there by default. Then we got into full rebuild territory and from then on, you are only one bad job away from disaster. It really all snowballed over the last two years. League football ensures you play in the league you deserve to so it is what is in that regard. Just hope the board do the right thing now, GTF and let us get back to thinking about football. As far as looking forward to it.... Na not really. I am sure if we were to win the league id be sucked in on the matchdays just like I was yesterday but it would be tinged with this seasons failures and a bit of a minter to celebrate it too much. More like the righting of many wrongs. Away games will certainly be something different and all going well it will be nice to watch a winning team but we wont get it for free. Jordan McGhees goal and celebration tho.... I do hope he stays.
  2. Pleased to see the Falkirk based moderating team throwing a Div and crashing the site. That way all the above virgins who have been mashing f5 for the last 2 hours can be easily avoided.
  3. This is well worth the greeny I have awarded it. Hopefully more will follow. Eta you know the rules as regards PMs shagger
  4. Well it obviously happens. Hence why we have this glorious thread
  5. Na thats not accurate. The reason why he gets stick is because he thinks he can police certain parts of the forum and tell folk what they can and cant post about, mostly pertaining to English football. There plenty evidence of that. Thats likely what gets peoples hackles up the most IMO
  6. You have guaranteed goals. A luxury most can only dream of. Surely you can envisage a manager coming in and tightening things up at the back better than Naysmith has managed?
  7. I think we can surely acknowledge that its slightly different, being that they are Scottish teams (despite their best wishes) But tbf, that generally only gets levelled at the antagonistic ones like Bennett, Kincy, Romeo et al who spend all their time trying to belittle fans of other clubs. Slagging OF fans for not going to games is natural given the attitudes they adopt towards the rest of Scottish Football.
  8. Its intrigue for me. What nick would I be left in by someone that athletic and powerful..... Its a wid from me, followed by a minimum of seven days self cert and a probable doctors line.
  9. It wouldnt be bad for me. I live 5 mins walk from their ground. I just think it would be funny to see them horsed is all.
  10. Random Guy? Yeah when he revealed his tv watching tendencies in the GOT thread I actually thought about going several steps further than that.
  11. Well tbf to Telfer, I am bot sure where he is going to get crowd information of that kind other than whats reported. Its not an important enough point to go spending time digging. His point was that we have been well backed and he is right. Whether its 900 or 1100 isnt really important to the point being made. Anyway, I hope his team get fucking horsed today.
  12. You would have a point if RGs target wasnt constantly telling folk what they can/cant comment on, spouting pish about "sky sports subscribers" and thrashing about the forum giving it "were you at the game" patter.
  13. Most wee* team fans deserve better than their club being helplessly driven into the dirt tbf. *we're fucking massive tbf
  14. I used to think I liked United. Turns out I just liked Fergie. Whats left there now playing in the same stadium is almost Sevco levels of imitation and it is definitely very funny.
  15. The night king was killed by no one...
  16. Aye but where was she in the whites only race that exists in her own small mind?
  17. Nae offence m8, but this post does nothing to mitigate your reputation as being a bit boring. I mean read it back.... f**k me its boring. Its just..... The words you use and the order you use them. Your point itself is ok, but your words are making me sleepy
  18. The Glenallachie is ok, bit raw. 10 year old and maybe could do with being a 12. Im not really one for tasting notes but its ok, just packs a bit too much alcohol punch. However thats not its main problem. Its main problem is that it has been opened in the same week as the Springbank. f**k me thats an outstanding dram. Every bit as good as the glowing reviews it gets on here.
  19. Well yes quite. Suspect the bookies wouldnt have been doing the in play market though.
