Varian is the total opposite of wee Vaughan and Keatings, form what I've seen of him I think he will get a few yellow cards as he seems to enjoy roughing defenders up.

The one thing I like about Armstrong is that he never hides regardless of how well he is playing, he never stops.

All the best v Killie [emoji106]

Did anyone else get the fear when he went down in the first half? [emoji17]Fair play to Lewis Vaughan as well who looks to have, once again, overcome a horrible injury without losing his quality.
Excellent finish tonight. Finished the season with 5 goals in his last 8 starts. Only going to get better with a full pre season behind him too. He could be a huge player for us next season.2 -
Game set up for some Nando retribution imoh. [emoji123]

Deserved win for Arbroath and they should have scored more, but that was a shite goal to lose.

Hopefully the wind will hold the ball up better in the second half, too many through balls running out the park in the first half.

Arbroath tv decent so far, Jason giving a politicians answer to which winners medal meant more, League winner with Arbroath or Ramsden Cup with the Rovers. [emoji23]

"Its all in the hips"Mcglynns team talk confirmed, "just tap it in"1 -
The alternative is going back to the 3-2-1-2 that we saw last season.
I dont think playing with 8 outfield players will catch on.0 -
Our game is normally short and sharp, using the full width of the park keeping the ball and recycling it when nothing is on.
For what ever reason last night we hardly played the ball back to Robbie to keep the ball which we do when MacDonald is in goals, this normally pulls players out of position and gives us space to drop into and start another move.
I'm putting last night into a bad day at the office catagory, I lost count of the times we picked the wrong pass or didn't play the pass that should have been made then lost the ball when we were up the park.
Last nights result might just (hopefully) re-focus us or be the kick up the arse we needed.0 -
I didnt have any issues with the stream, I listened to the Raith TV commentary which I paused a couple of times to sync with the feed. Best of both [emoji106]

I've said it before elsewhere and got a bit grief for it, but this is the best football I've seen the Rovers playing since our glory years, and long may it continue. Love our wee team [emoji23][emoji106]

I'm hoping we do a Spall Mercat one at some point, my first Rovers top as a kid.

I recieved a confirmation email so I assume that I did.Did you input the correct email address when registering?
I'll phone the office tomorrow.0 -
Aye, I am renewing and also registered a few weeks ago.Read that tweet, says from noon tomorrow.
edit: that’s if you’re not renewing, of course.0 -
Has anyone had issues buying season tickets after registering? I've put my email address in the box and it says no event found.
Am I too late?0 -

I dont know how the league money is split, but would the difference not be the cost of the two new teams joining the league and not the two teams joining the premiership?
That would mean splitting the difference over all 40 odd teams not just premiership teams?
Regardless if ICT get promoted or not they will get the same prize money in theory.0 -
It kind of does if we have no conclusion.Null and void doesn't mean it didn't happen.0 -
I suppose what I'm implying is that the SPFL will do what is going impact their finances the least.I'm guessing european places would go by current league standings.
Why would you expect free season tickets? You had 15 or so games worth of entertainment. Same with TV companies.
We would just scrub this season and start 2020/21 from scratch in the Autumn. No promotion or relegations from this cancelled season.
Would it really be the end of the world, considering what is going on?
Let's hope we are, clubs and fans around to see next season.
It's one big can of worms where they probably can't do right for wrong depending on which team you support.1 -
Wouldn't null and void mean no European football next season? Would season tickets be issued free to the holders from the void season?
Would players contracts be extended or would they play for free? If they are extended are the clubs allowed to claim last seasons salaries from the SPFL?
Lastly, would the SPFL have to pay back TV rights from the void season?
For me null and void won't happen, if it did we wouldn't have an SPFL they'd be bust, which might not be a bad thing [emoji23]1 -
Massive can of worms, you can't really extend the season, what happens with out of contracted players? Could some players walk away if a better offer is made, what if its to one of the teams challenging at the top?
