I know all the freebies but I still didn't expect that much more, i've been going for over 50 years and in general people only turn out in numbers when we have a chance of winning a championship or promotion or a big cup tie, the town has never really backed the club in the way others do. Its a shame as a lot of effort was put into it but the Lowland League is a hard thing to sell to the public who were used to the SPFL even in the Championship we didn't get the crowds the team deserved.

The only way you would dramatically improve things to what you want would be someone coming along and investing a huge wad of cash which I can't see happening.

Last week was the best league attendance of the season I wouldn't have expected more tbh

Last season I was speaking to someone at a club who was speaking about having a right long trip the following week Gretna god know what they would think about going to Stranraer.

They wouldn't need to bother about getting their ground up to bronze level if they went down so you never know. I imagine a few LL sides will be worried if Stranraer went down with the travelling costs.

I've quite liked the South Challenge Cup this season played a few teams we have never met before. Unfortunate to draw Kilby in this round mind you. The League Cup not so interesting playing the same old sides you already meet twice plus the way the draw was done we would never have had a home game this season. They should do the draw on a round by round basis.

Always going to be a tough one with a full squad but worse with a depleted one. EK have sone squad all of the outfield players on the bench would easily walk in to a side in L2.
