Couldn't be happier that I gave the PPV a chance as it was excellent from start to finish. Really enjoyed it and they've definitely got me for a bit longer after that!
I got pretty bored catching up on the posts in this thread right enough...

I'm more struggling to understand why anyone had to use a 65 rated keeper in the Beta, unless they just didn't know how ultimate team actually worked? I played about a total 3 hours over the whole beta period and had 400k coins and a 92 rated team.

I don't have a problem with him signing tbh. I stated that at the time. Won't catch me cheering his name though, and I can understand why people may feel differently.
I wasn't quite sure what I heard up at Firhill on Saturday other than his name as part of a song, but if it's what I read on Twitter (including someone defending it as something to cheer him up on a bad day or words to that effect) then it's absolutely right to call it out.
Similarly, maybe I was being naive in thinking that the booing during the taking of the knee was directed at the Thistle players who remained standing.. now I'm not so sure.

We had a better than expected start to the season with results against Dunfermline and Accies, and probably should have picked up something against Queens.
So naturally today we changed the entire system to accommodate a 400 year old fossil who's best contribution to football is lumping a ball out for a throw in...
Ledger, McLean, Blues, Oliver particularly terrible. And Jack Hamilton was very shaky today and looked more like the keeper we thought we'd signed in the first place.

Picked up both kits and pretty pleased with them despite having concerns before after seeing the inconsistencies in the players strips.
If I'm nit picking, the manufacturer should've removed the excess material making the badge look like a big square box but I've just cut it a bit myself to remove the square shape.

I still can't see that as anything other than a foul tbh. 19 out of 20 times that's given as a free kick imo.
I don't particularly care nor like Man Utd.
Either way, Maguire's attempt at defending it was pitiful and Varane should partner Lindelof but it won't happen.
Similarly, I don't care whether Sancho is fit or not. An unfit Sancho is better than any version of Martial. Sancho on and Greenwood through the middle for the 2nd half would be my change.
Matic and Fred are also nowhere near good enough.

I thought we deserved a point from that and weren't that bad tbh. Pretty disappointed with Lyon's performance as we know what he can do and I'd really like to have him in the team but he has to do better than that to get his place back.
No complaints at their penalty but would like to see the Oliver one again. It wouldn't surprise me if he's dived but I thought it was a pen at the time.
Do you not get booked for diving outside the box now? There were two absolutely blatant ones from Queens players after Oliver had been booked that the ref done nothing about.
As disappointing as the result is, I think we still played better than we ever did under Hopkin...

edit - I have no idea what The Miz is like now, I mean the crappy heel version I last seen years ago.
