1st- Winners - West Kilbride Relegated- Catrine/ Drongan
2A- Winners- Mauchline, Depending on Tass team and rebuilding at darvel
2B- Bonnyton0 -
Any of them a keeper
Another ex Darvel to be announced at some point [emoji1303]0 -
That's fine if u only have 15 teams but to try get 38/40 league games played would have almost been impossible when there was 21 teams in them. Maybe now its down to 19 they may have a better chance but I think 36 would still be crazy to try.Gutted to hear about Hurlford AFC folding. A real blow to Ayrshire Amateurs and no mistake. Is this the start of a decline in the leagues? Why Ayrshire don't follow suit and amalgamate the 2nd divisions I will never know. We have done it at Cali with the first divisions and we can look forward to 28 league games and a lot of meaningless cups scrapped. Loads of choices for players in Ayrshire. Too many teams scrambling for same players. Thistle lost a couple of influential players recently with no news on signings, all quiet with the rest of the teams too.0 -
I feel really sorry for Marc. If rumours are true he was offered the shortlees job and turned it down to stay at hurlford afc and now this.

Is that confirmed. A real shame if that is true. Possible premier league football for mossblown tho ?Sadly hearing Hurlford afc are for folding. What happened the return of their old players?0 -
Good for him. Hope he keeps his job thoSteven Currie signed for Girvan...4 -

Will Balfour ever make a return. Have you an updated squad list

Who did they sign ?Ardeer jnrs would struggle in the first division in Ayrshire ammies. Their summer signings are laughable. Look at their pre season fixtures [emoji23]0 -
I see Mauchline United have made some cracking signings that no one is talking about. I'm glad to see they are building a squad that ( no disrespect) should see them back in the first division next season. All the best to everyone at Mauchline

To be fair. Individual player quality they may well not be too far behind. The majority are ex senior pros after all. Getting them to play as a team and creating that us against the world winning mentality may be the issue tho

Well done to everyone at Darvel. That home dressing room is unbelievable at this level and tbh most club at any level would be delighted with them.

Got to agree. Will be the league to watch again I think. I heard ardrossan are not likely to start the season. A real shame if true.I thought Crosshouse would’ve been right up there last year but a disappointing season for them considering the players there. Reading on here The boy Duffy has retired, that will be a blow for them but good players coming in as well.
West Kilbride will be looking to push on from a disappointing season as well. Not heard much about Ardrossan. Galston should be an interesting one with the new manager and obviously Mossblown finished the season excellent. Could be another exciting year in the first.0 -
Aye I cant really see past crosshouse if they can keep the majority of their squad. Also heard rogi and cass are off there aswell.
Aye that’s true mate, I’m sure there’s still plenty of “done deals” just now tho[emoji23]
Not much talk of the 1st Division with some good clubs in it. Who’s the early picks to go up?0 -
Yeah that was my first thought.I suppose one of the big issues (and be good IMO if it did happen) is if the pitch would hold up with all the games to played during the season with 2 teams playing on it0 -
Is their any truth in the rumours of closer links with Darvel vics? Becoming more of a community link. Use the your facilities if they are available etc ?

Its hard to say as so many rumours this time of year and the new age player likes to keep teams hanging on. However if rumours are true I'll goWhat’s everyone else’s prediction for top 5?
1.Thistle
2. Glenburn
3. Shortlees
4. Hurlford afc
5 Ardeer
Original I know 🤣1 -
Is that because you are his brother?????Its not an opinion af heard fae the horses mouth its defo happening watch this space2 -
Two great players and will be hard to replaceRyan Wilson and boy Frye going to The Buffs from Kilbride Thistle I heard, big loss for that team0 -
Is bonnyton part of the Thistle Senior set up. Could be some threat if they are. They same with Irvine Vics if part of the juniors

I know how the season finished up but I would still put yourselves and galston as my favourites to come up.Aye looking good mate, doing our own work the same as everyone else so looking forward to getting started and getting into our friendlies.0 -
*kinda
Just for u mate0 -
How are uz looking for next season mateShortlees have a lot of work to do but I feel they will have the experience when the action starts. New farm have players that have been over the course before at premier level so I can’t see them having a problem nxt season although I don’t know who the guys are they’ve signed. Thistle again will be the team to beat, should be a good battle in the top division as it should be in the first also.0 -
Shows how monotonous the ayrshire premier is that there is this much debate who might finish 4th 🤣
