Archibalds post match comments depressingly similar to last season.
No doubt his fan club will be along shortly to tell us all how he has learned so much from last seasons disaster and everything will be okay.

The second half was very reminiscent of last season.

If Archibald signs Flood I want my season ticket refunded.

I thought it was a good work out and decent performance. O'Ware was a stand out in central defence.
Would liked to have seen a few more efforts on goal from distance. But overall, a useful exercise.

Some of the Thistle fans applauding Edwards when he's subbed for Hearts.
Unbelievable. Part of the team that got us relegated, contributed square route of f**k all and still some Jags fans think he's great.

Been ages since I was at Cowdenbeath. What's the story with parking? Is there a car park at the ground or take your chance in surrounding streets?

Louis Rowe from Barnsley has just been filled by Tommy Taylor on Twitter, maybe a loan signing?
Is that a new ritual to welcome players to the club?

Is there any Thistle fan who's sad to see Devine leave?

Just a shame that they were signed in the first place. And don't forget who it was who signed them. The same person who now needs to build a whole new squad.

Let's see what kind of squad he assembles before we get too optimistic. If it's anything like his recent signings (Woods, Cargill, Sammon) we've got another 12 months of turgid pish ahead of us.

He's not recruited well. The majority of his signings have been poor. And that's the major worry. Our squad needs to be totally overhauled and I just can't see him being the man to do it, based on his past transfer dealings. Pogba? Azeez? Devine? Woods? The list goes on. If he stays in charge, that's the type of player that we will be seeing at Firhill next season, crammed into his bloody turgid 4231 formation.

Wouldn't take long for a new manager to appraise the squad and see who's decent and who's a dud.

I can see where you're coming from. But it was Archibald that built that squad of charlatans. Biggest budget in years and he's blown it on mediocrity and injury prone journeymen.

Agree that the board don't have the balls to sack him. They still think there is support for him (Archibald cult with their banners). So if Archibald does decide to walk away, I can see Beattie try to talk him out of it. Which would be complete nonsense obviously but would please those in our support who think Archibald is some kind of God.

The clearout has to start tomorrow, starting with the management team and most of the players. Bunch of wage thieves that have been a disgrace this season.

Whatever division we're in, a huge rebuild job is needed with that squad. And Archibald isn't the man to do it. Given the biggest budget in history and he's blown it big time.

Do away goals count double? Asking for a friend
No.

Sorry - had miscounted the number of home games on the season ticket this season. I obviously started drinking too early today.

Great news for PATG fans. Not so good for season ticket holders who handed their cash over in the summer. What benefit do we get for having suffered so much during the season? Nothing. Taken for granted again.

The Archibald fanboys out in force on WAT, along with the cheerleaders who love Archibald and put him before the club and think we'll win the remaining fixtures and be safe based on the fact that there were some good passes yesterday.
Some of our fans really are as deluded as the manager.

He can't sense any frustration among the fans?!? Completely out of touch.
Go now Archibald with some semblance of dignity.

Sounds like the wagons are being circled already. They've clearly heard the criticism from the fans (excluding the Archibald fanboys on WAT obviously) about the lack of signings and the quality of play during the League Cup and felt it necessary to issue a video which really didn't say much .
