    Can't remember the last time, probably under McCall, that I went into a season confident about the squad. Not that I think we'll steamroll teams but that we will be competitive. Would still like to see the defence added to but still time left for that

    First I've seen of us this season and Rus looks very good, big and powerful. Impressed by Watret too. It's a travesty Reading is on a 2 year deal.

    Aye, definitely Zanatta vibes. At 25 if he hasn't screwed the nut by now I don't have much hope.

    On the plus side, at least we're getting folk into the town centre. If a few neds are fighting in the town but no one is around to see it. Did it really happen?

    Not sure I'd be happy with a 4th place finish, or even 3rd.OK we don't have a squad that you'd say are title worthy as it stands, but that's where Brown comes in, it's his job to get more out of them. Next season I've got higher expectations from Brown than i do the squad. If that makes sense.

    Surprised there hasn't been an Ayr legends type match for the new stand. Would have been good to have something like that first to iron out any kinks before the Celtic match and the 'official' opening of the new stand

    But at least when that happened you had to show them your QR code before they allied you. Not doing that at least with a crowd that size seems dangerous

    Heard from a couple of guys I know, Celtic fans, that they were going through the turnstiles that they were manned by kids who looked about 12, they weren't scanning QR codes, taking tallies, and not even asking to see the QR codes, as I assume they were down. Are they on the wind up with this?

    Not hugely impressed by season 3 tbh. Felt like it was starting to outstay it's welcome, all felt a bit samesy. Montage overload too.
