Disgraceful attitude. A football club is an institution. Too many people since the mainstreaming of politics become drawn in on this shite. Pricipaled when it suits them. Same people that say send soldiers to Ukraine are the same folk who call Blair a war criminal
Maybe he's off to fight for Ukraine? Really doubt it though.

Zannata is a lazy cnut, simple. Its frustrating as he shown that he could be a really good player
A lot of ability but a seriously bad attitude which is a shame as it will ruin his career.

McGlynn will drive the rest of the crowd away with the dross he puts on the pitch each week anyway so one way or the other we're gubbed.
You're a right happy fucker!

Decent turn out probably 300 Partick fans so 1400 home fans and full hospitality can't wait for the sandwich boards to be out.

I’m going to suggest it’s down to two things.
A- We haven’t just signed Ryan Porteous
B-Striking a woman with a plastic cup is pretty poor behaviour, but it’s a fair bit away from rape.
Basically someone else's problem!

Its all guesswork from those that claim to be ITK
It's strange how many folk used to be ITK but aren't anymore! Not that many people have walked from the club it certainly makes you wonder.

Does anyone know if the directors are paying off at least part of his contract?

We won't know the true figure publicly until the accounts are published for this period. It's safe to assume based on what we have heard that the fee for goodwilllie is 50k+ and that his wage is over 1k a week before any bonuses. 2.5 year deal and there's the 200k loss to club funds. 10k a year for shirt sponsorship at this level is probably below the actual figure as well. Take in loss of match day sponsorhsip, tag pulling out which will probably mean the match day app, loss of streaming, loss of the players fund, walk ups for home games which also result in less money spent in the club shop etc. Like I said though, we won't know the true figure until the accounts are published for this time.
I'm not sure why anyone would even attempt to defend a big loss is going to happen unless they're just trolling. I don't think it will result in us doing a Brechin, but there's a significant loss going to happen through it all.Who's defending a big loss? I'm just looking for the facts this situation isn't being helped by folk picking figures out of fresh air wether that's financial or not.

So I took this as a wee bit of joshing until I looked over the Partick v Morton highlights, and that is an incredibly bad condition for a pitch. I see six home matches left in a 59 day period, including hame games on 4/3 and 8/3, which allow very little recovery time. I also see rain forecast the day before the first match and on the day of the second, which isn’t likely to be a good thing either.
So I’ve always seen complaints about Firhill’s surface, what’s the real problem?
It's a shithole!

I’ll allow someone with more direct knowledge to do that, but suffice to say those numbers are conservative and factual to my satisfaction.
Yeah but you seem to have gone way overboard to jump from £30k to £200k is just ridiculous. Some of the nonsense on here from the usual dozen or so who think or claim to speak for the entire fanbase is just laughable.
If any of you guys actually have some hard facts then great please share them if not then stop feeding our fans and some very obsessed opposition fans with false propaganda.

The board went ahead with this knowing full well in advance she would walk away.
She's got 90,000 followers on Twitter, more than 4 times what the Rovers have, how did they think it was going to go? It takes a special kind of stupid to think its a good idea to piss of a benefactor who has bailed you out time and again and was probably willing to continue to do so.
I'm not sure if she is but if Val is one of the former directors with a soft loan owing she could really turn the screw.
I keep saying it but if someone lost £300,000 for Sim, Sinton or McDonald's company they'd be gone the same day!
How many of her twitter followers give a damn about the Rovers? Bailing us out? Yes she puts money into club but compared to Sim it's like night and day.

Based upon older financial statements, the stand sponsorship was at least £10,000 per annum, as were each of the home and away shirt sponsorships. A very conservative £30,000 on that alone, but a more comprehensive calculation totals up at least £200,000 this year alone before the compounded losses are considered.
So explain the remaining £170k?

She never spat the dummy and they knew fine well that she had she would walk. They have maybe thought she was bluffing or like what has been mentioned, sim has been glad to get rid. Whatever the case, it’s been a shitshow. Not helped by results on the pitch either.
So no answer to the original question then?

Does anyone actually know how much Val and tag games put into the club through sponsorship every year?
They must have known Val would spit the dummy if they went ahead with the signing.

Raith played no one up front last time and we made hard work of it.
Wont be in attendance due to the Goodwillie situation. Would be overjoyed with 1-0 via the worst goal ever scored tbh.
You mean your giro won't stretch that far get a grip! Bloody drama queen

Really don’t get this ‘The Board have done a great job’ mentality. They’ve trashed the club’s reputation, lost us a chunk of our fanbase, cost us thousands of pounds, lost us a sponsor who regardless of whether you like her or not brought significant money and positive publicity and lost our whole women and girls section (who show no sign of coming back). All with a decision that all but the blinkered knew was a car crash and was entirely avoidable. It’s like saying Gary Locke was a great manager because we started the season well under him.
Whole women a d girls section? Plenty of women and girls at parkhead last week.

Thistle are going up, they played League 1 like Harps from Hell, they’re doing the same with the Championship mark me.
You mean the same team who needed a 96 minute winner against 10 men?

I was sitting watching it yesterday wondering how McGlynn couldn't see that it doesn't work.
We know he's stubborn but sticking with it against Thistle would be taking the piss.
I was never a Mcglynn fanatic but I certainly wouldn't take any pleasure in seeing his reign end on a sour note.
Yes we have had the usual injuries which haven't helped but he really needs to help himself here whether it's the tactics, lineups or the frustrating slow build up .

I’d love it if we went for Graham instead of a fucking rapist. But heho. We haven’t won a league game since the start of December. Partick will win this no probs. Until these c***s in charge are gone I won’t be back. f**k them!!!!!
Thanks for the input

Anyway, back to football I've every confidence that McGlynn will get the team sorted out.
Bloody hope so but if he persists with Gullan up front again on Saturday then I think the end is near.

Read the report by a lawyer answering this very question. Can’t remember if it on this topic pages back or in the Fife Free Press.
I think we've had enough from lawyers especially the keyboard variety.

We’re down about 400-500 on our home gate at the moment, I don’t think the weather is the reason.
Out with the Goodwillie situation we would have been lucky to get 1400 against Accies if you take in the weather, poor form and possibly the rugby.
We got virtually 1200 so only a couple of hundred down on a normal crowd.
