Not jealous in the slightest
[emoji23][emoji23] I don’t have cash lol managed to save a bit over this period so I thought I’d blow it on some new clubs. I’ve looked at reviews and stuff they seem to be decent enough clubs that’ll last me a few years.0 -
I took the plunge and purchased a set of Taylormade sims 5-sw with 3 wood and Driver along with a odyssey 2 ball thing. Threw in glove, bag, shoes and clobber. They arrive in 10 days and I’m genuinely excited about learning the game

I'm out. Nothing else at all you can remember about it?
It's alarming how many kids films come up when you search for things like 'child body construction flashback'. Also disturbing when the IMDB shows you a list of the 'Most Popular Dead Child Movies'
Nah mate nothing that stands out that I haven’t said. Hahaha aye I know, I’ve tried to word it 100 different ways! I just hope to stumble across it.0 -
There's one in Dundee. Relatively tasty and worth a go once, but expensive and utter shite portions.
I was heading up to get one the night in Edinburgh as it looks decent in picture

Is it the film Stolen from 2009?
Nah mate that’s the one set in New Orleans? This was set around a farm from memory0 -
No it’s a modern film. The murder was 50 years prior to when the body was found.0 -
Presumably not Quatermass and the Pit with diner unless there was an American remake? Far more than 50 years prior too.
Doesn’t ring any bell. It’s been doing my head in all day.0 -
Need a bit help here.
Looking for a film that I don’t know the name of.
It’s about the skeleton of a kid that is dug up in a construction site, boy was murdered like 50 years prior and it goes back and forward from present to past. That’s all I can really remember and I’ve no idea what it’s called so I was hoping someone knew what it was from the brief description.... I vaguely remember something about an American diner in the film.0 -
Batman Begins
Every time I watch this, I am more and more convinced that it's a better film than The Dark Knight, and I love The Dark Knight. A quarter of a point off for Tom Wilkinson's weird accent.
The dark knight is probably my favourite film but I do think batman begins is the second best out the Nolan trilogy!0 -
American History X
Outstanding film1 -
Could be wrong here but was Gary Neville not an extremely talented cricketer ?

All the Walkers Max are nice tbh. Jalapeño & Cheese are a personal favourite.
The hot wings are my personal favourite!1 -
Ryan Moore is a fantastic player. I agree that most managers take players with them they can trust and know what they bring.

Or they could have used the inclusive child creche provided by the hotel, it amazes me people try exonerate the pair of them in a situation of such negligence.
Exactly if it was a wee single mother the media would of slaughtered her and her other kids would of been whisked away swiftly by the social0 -
Could go back and forward about the innocence or guilt over the disappearance of Maddie all day but what infuriates me is why haven’t they been charged with the crimes we know they committed!!! Directly or most likely indirectly they are at fault for the disappearance, if they acted like responsible adults and had the kids with them this would never of happened. Or maybe some of these theories are correct either way they need to live with this everyday for the rest of their lives.

Where did you get the mussels? Seem to be unable to get that sort of thing just now

I agree. It's the beautiful profile they have. You can tell a Boxer a mile away by the shape of its head.
This is Duffy on an expensive stamp.
That’s brilliant gorgeous dog. Where did you get that done?0 -
Any auld labradors that I've seen tend tae be barrels of fat.
These are the twa dugs I've had.
A Rough Collie and a Boxer and both lived for 14 years.
Boxers are 100% the best family dog you can get. Full of love, full of fun, enjoy a good stroll and you never get a dull moment and are very protective. We’ve had two and I’ll never buy another breed.0 -
I'll be getting a new set if irons soon I'll no doubt be selling my Wilson staff c200 irons, 4-pw I'll give you a shout when and if there available if your still looking, like said above you will get more out of lessons than you will out of a fitting at this stage in your game
Yeah perfect mate cheers0 -
Depends what you mean by a "handful of times." To me that means you're basically a beginner in which case I wouldn't even think of £2400 worth of clubs unless you're absolutely loaded and money is no object. If I was you, I'd get in touch with a pal who plays if you have one and ask if he's got any old ones kicking about and start with them. They won't be perfect but they'll at least give you a chance to see if you enjoy the game and want to take it seriously. Failing that, I'm sure you could find old clubs somewhere for very cheap.
Even if you were considering buying new ones, focusing on one brand is a mistake IMO. Should always try different brands and see which fits you best. Pros use a single brand because they're paid a load of money to do so, the ones that aren't have very mixed bags (see Brooks Koepka).
Yeah a beginner, I’ve spoken to my mate and he’s giving me a shot of his old clubs in a couple of days as he thought it was mental.... as I only like the look of them, he’s of 3 and plays with blades but I’m getting normal irons and he also uses a sim driver so I’ll get a blast with that.1 -
Looking for a bit advice here folks, decided to take up golf this year.... played a handful of times in the past and I’m looking to kit myself out. Looked at Taylormade sims irons driver and woods with Taylormade putter coming in about £2400 or do I buy a package set for £600?? I don’t know how I go about testing clubs etc ( especially with this lockdown )

I got the max it’s the one without the weights. Lovely looking clubs but my personal favourite is the 2 ball putter with the track on it. I like the design of the driver tho
