  1. If anybody wants a fight prior to the match, I will be at the National from 1pm onwards. The cowards of Motherwell declined last week, and I fully expect the same off some two-bit nobody’s from the “hardest city in Scotland”.
  2. Maybe I’m being a bit harsh on second watching actually.
  3. As an outsider with not a clue of what’s going on, it would appear to me that several IC&T fans on this god-forsaken thread have this idea that Savage is a White Knight, waiting for the right opportunity to swoop in and save the day. One even referred to him as a Plan B; Plan A must be exceptional! My post, quite blatantly tongue-in-cheek in its tone (which you know of course by your highly normal reaction) was merely asking why there is this perception given he’s had plenty of opportunity to do so over the summer and opted not to because of one single individual, however poisonous he may be. Sir Tarmo, educate me!
  4. I’ve been called a hell of a lot better than this in my time. I’ve also been called a hell of a lot worse, so fair play!
  5. If Alan Savage REALLY wanted to buy IC&T, I reckon he would maybe have, I don’t know, bought them by now? Just my two cents!
  6. I’m going to delete this match thread and we’re all going to pretend this never happened, capiche?
  7. That was utter garbage. Motherwell should be a couple up.
  8. Nightingale back into the side immediately makes that back 5 look so much more solid than previously expected. Hopefully he sees out the 90. Midfield might get overrun, though. Just don’t like the pairing of Loturi and Randall alone. I think they need another enforcer in there with them.
  9. If that sets the precedent for penalty decisions, then I’m satisfied. The problem is - we know it won’t.
  10. If any Motherwell fans want an honest, 1on1 brawl prior to the match, I’ll be at Airbles station waiting. Doubt anyone will turn up, though.
  11. There’s goals in this for Saints. Valur look an absolute mess at the back. Suspect they’ll need another to win the match in 90 as the Icelandics do move the ball fairly well in the final third, though.
