We did have a decent steward in charge but he seems to have disappeared along with a couple of the others who were above average at their job. Now we are left with a head steward who will quite happily shout homophobic slander at away games, one who never wants to leave the kids alone and hassles them and the rest are just useless, nobody will want to volunteer as they will have to work with a bunch of clowns

The kids on the post on Facebook are taking it all the wrong way and need to learn to take responsibility. Nobody is telling them they can’t create an atmosphere, more that they can’t take drink on a bus when they have already been told not to do so and that there’s a difference between creating an atmosphere and being morons and causing issues. I can see where they are coming from with the steward issue, especially when a certain steward comes away with homophobic abuse at away games but is still the head steward at the club. Slating people who do things for the club and calling the club dead is not going to help them.

It’ll be a combination of him being cup tied for their recent game and still training with the club once a week. On another note surprising to see Scott Booth, Stevie Aitken, Robbie Horn all there. Must still be getting that interview for the new head coach role.

We had one in Dick’s last couple of seasons which by all accounts helped the players massively

What scuppered it for him was the fact that he never applied and was never interviewed.

Dods was doing analysis for another club from the looks of it Stuart Malcolm has ruled himself out of the running but Paul Sheerin, Stevie Aitken, Scott Booth and Robbie Horn have all been asked to an interview early next week, possibly another two to add to that

Booth has always been looking to get back into the men’s game and City is just a nice security blanket for him by all accounts.
