That was grim, team didn't seem up for that from the start, not been impressed with Henderson Tuesday or today, should have kept the same back 4. Very poor day all round.

Very pleasing, delighted for Juan to get a goal he was outstanding in the 1st half. 2-1 would have flattered Queens, apart for a 15mims spell they weren't in the game. Starting to feel a bit optimistic about the rest of the season now.

That was Williamsons best game in a Falkirk shirt, we need to be more clinical in front of goal but today was a massive improvement of what we have seen so for this season, going forward apart from Nisbet and Hetherington I'm happy with that starting 11.

Well that was pleasing, Mcginn and Hetherington were outstanding in the middle.

David Lapsley did a fantastic job and BfL gave £61k to FFC with the balance shortly to be given over.
Don't blame him for packing in after all the shit that was fired at him on here by FSS people.
fair play to David Lapsley for setting the thing up, we need fans to be pro active like that, Id imagine he feels pushed out a bit by FSS but TBH its a better vehicle for fans to donate to the club and it looks and feels like a more professional operation. Don't see why fans who were giving to BFL don't want to give to FSS though? that just sound petty. I was a member of both and was never asked my opinion on it.

Alternatively, there could just be lots of idiots in positions of power at Scottish football clubs/leagues.
agree, there will be plenty other clubs in Scotland he approached and was swiftly shown the door, unfortunately we didn't.

It’s obvious, FSS didn’t keep their end of the bargain. I’d ditch BFL and focus on FSS, which is a properly formed organisation with structure and democracy.
BFL is an individuals plaything / ego trip and the embarrassing contributions at the AGM and the last fans meeting prove.
And giving cash prizes doesn’t help the club.
I wasn't at the last fans meeting but I have to say the guy that runs its, while I applaud his effort and drive to set the thing up does come across a bit like how you describe, he made a couple of comments at the last AGM I found pretty cringe worthy.

FSS and BfL.
talking about bfL -I see they get mentioned the the latest FSS update, below
Several BAIRNforLife contributors have approached us asking if they can participate in the forthcoming election. As we mentioned prior to elections in March, BAIRNforLife’s AGM in November 2021 confirmed an agreement that would see its contributors gain concurrent membership of the Falkirk Supporters’ Society, unless any individual chose to opt-out.
Unfortunately since then, BAIRNforLife has still not been able to conclude this element by asking its contributors if they agreed to their data being passed to FSS.
Can you shed any more light on this? I am currently a member of both but TBH I am thinking about switching all monies to FFS.

Which comments?
John McGlynn said on signing Gary:
“Gary is a striker who can also play behind a striker or coming in off a side. He’s gained a lot of experience mainly playing in the Championship, and we feel Gary will complement the way we want to play. He’s an intelligent attacking player who can link the play in and around the box, he knows the route to goal, he knows the runs to make, and he’s coachable and willing to learn. At 26 years old we believe he’s ready to play a big part next season and beyond.”

There is the rub regarding concerts. Falkirk Council take a large cut as and employees or services provided will be charged with a massive mark up Falkirk Football Club are tenants of TFS do the groundwork and the council sit back and wait for the payday.
The mugs that signed up to this one sided deal regarding our home ground should be hunted.
this is rubbish - its been shown in pervious accounting years that the concerts are good money makers for the club. Do you really think the club would be continuing with concerts after all these years if they weren't making us money, what would be the point? You talk some pish.

Me too.
They gave us a brilliant week in Ceske Budejovice which was the first time I ever went abroad in my life. Doing it to follow Falkirk made it extra special.
I know of at least one saddo memorabilia collector who went round the sports field after the first game nicking all these posters Probably still got them in his house.
Anyone remember buying the fish on a stick?
The mackerel on a stick were amazing, still talk about them to this day . What a great trip that was.

There we go again a Rumour.
If the board are leaking this then they are incredibly thick. 3rd parties dealing with them rightly will conclude they are dealing with a bunch of inept chancers and treat them accordingly.
your at it ae? You have got to be f*****g at it. if you are then well done, done us all like a kipper.

cancelling games is pointless, do they really think people will sit in their homes mourning the queen instead? do yer minutes silence and get on with it.
