A lot of lower league fans like the possibility of getting a rare away day outside of Scotland. (It was a bit of a damp squib without them last season)
Connah’s Quay is still one of my favourite all time football trips.

Aye mate,  that was something a wee bit different! A change of scenery, plus it was a Semifinal that we should have won!

Maybe the chairman could organise that we play a pre-season friendly against Mallorca or Tenerife next summer! ☀️ 😃

2 away trips to Dumfries on consecutive weekends, what a crap draw.

Does anyone actually care about the pointless "SPFL Crusty trophy" thing?

They should have just scrapped that after covid!

As long as we win the league game there, the first weekend, then all is good 👍

Agreed, was there yesterday and it was nothing short of disgraceful. If the SPFL had a spine they would bin Meadowbank and send Edinburgh back to Ainslie Park.

    Fully agree mate! 👍

I'd love us  to go back to Ainslie Park! 😃

Or find Another new ground somewhere in Edinburgh.

Nothing could be worse than the current state of Meadowbank!

You really haven't got a clue what is going on between the board(owner) and the core support of which all but about 4 have walked away.

    You're right mate!

I genuinely Don't have a clue why  you's have stopped going to support the players?

You could DM me if you want.

The only thing I can see is the name change thing, (which doesn't bother me), but there MUST be more to it than that.?

One thing I'm really shocked about is the number of fans that Edinburgh brought. There were more directors and staff than paying fans. Cracking day to watch football and only 22 in the away end. A shame because it's a tidy team on the park.

    Politics mate!

All a bit pathetic and sad really.

Others on here better qualified than me to answer your post!

    Pretty much.

    All walked mate.

I really wish you guys could sort yourselves out and get back to, at least supporting the Players!

We've a cracking team this season with better players than we've ever had, and really they deserve a decent support!!!

You's have all missed out on two cracking away days at Kelty and Alloa! A real shame.

That's all I'm going to say!

Based on pars playing both teams so far. Granted Edinburgh were 10 men but by all accounts don't think they were up to much. Alloa were unlucky not to get a draw. Based on that I reckon an alloa win.

Based on the fact that If my granny had baws then she'd be my grandad!

It's not that simple though, and if the Edinburgh team that won at Kelty turns up then this will be a great game. Possibly a draw! 2-2 👍

An Effing left back called Callum Crane returns to the indorecs , there really is no easy games especially this term

    1 nil will do me

AC, Real, Atletico Edinburgh or whatever they like to be called will be fairly confident but we should be favourites .

I never knew Callum Crane had played for Alloa.

Who were you playing there, when he scored that goal ?

Should be a good, tight game this one!  Wasps a good team especially at home.

My letter to the board - posting here as it makes significant reference to what Dunfermline fans had to put up with

    Superb letter Ally! 👍

I'd normally jump in and defend the club if anything bad is said about us...

But on this occasion I just can't!

The move to Meadowbank has been an absolute shambles!

It's rare in football to get Home fans agreeing with away fans about anything, but we all feel the same about this subject.

At the end of the day we're all just guys looking for a decent day out on a Saturday, visiting different grounds which should have (at least) average facilities with a decent view of the game. Both sets of fans fail to receive that at Meadowbank sadly!😥
