We're better than we were when you lot pumped us last May. But whether or not we're the best team in League Two we'll only know in a few months! I've been watching us for long enough now that I'm only just starting to accept we aren't in a relegation battle

7 points clear at the top now!  👍

Leagues more or less won now!

See yous again next season in League one!

Not that I give two hoots these days but there is a "consultation"* happening regarding the building of houses around Meadowbank that you may wish to contribute to. It's on the Council website.

*At least the Council pretends to consult people on changes.

Once the cooncil had demolished the old, proper Meadowbank stadium they should have just built the hooses on it then, (as we suspected) instead of building the Leisure centre that's replaced it now!

Can’t see us beating Falkirk  - we will shit ourselves against you as we did against Dunfermline- we have been playing with a lot of fear over the past few days and we don’t bloody need to - just bloody give it a go !!!!!

Just seen the starting line up and Yes, you're right! Once again we're about to conceed a game against Falkirk or Dunfermline!  😠 😡

I like Maybury,  overall he's doing  a great job, BUT he needs to stop this, bottling the games against the supposed big teams.

Big Three, we've not been able to play against Queen of the South either.

Aye, but I'm more annoyed by the way we've approached the last two Dunfermline games! Probably the two most boring games I've ever attended.

I'd rather we play our normal game and have a go, even if we get beat 2-3 or 3-4 than go to East End Park trying to shitfest a 0-0 bore.

Anyway, back to this game. Falkirk boosted by 3 new signings,  we've signed, well, nobody,  so banker away win. 2-0 Bairns

.Any Edinburgh fans able to tell us how Edinburgh have been playing recently?

Not too good!, got beat at Alloa recently, following on from our tame defeat by the pars.

I actually hate the games we have to play against Falkirk and Dunfermline as we change our normal game and  show "the big two"  Far too much respect!!!

I predict once again Edinburgh will start slowly, stand back and admire Falkirk (As we also do against Dunfermline)  try to "Keep it tight", but will lose a goal anyway,  and Yous will see out a boring  1-0 or 2-0 win.

Honestly,  I wouldn't bother.   Save your money for your trips to Kelty and Alloa next week!

  6. I'd like to see Peterhead stay up in League one!

You'll certainly need to sign a couple of strikers in January though, as your team posed no threat whatsoever.

What happened to that boy ex-Dundee Utd that scored against us in your home game a month or two back?

Also What about some highland league strikers you could tempt, is that possible.

Good Luck to yous anyway, hopefully you'll gather enough points to, at least get past Clyde! 👍

Too early to start a match thread for the upcoming Alloa game so i have a few questions for you all

1 .....Parking  ... Preferably free but where is best ?

2... Catering... i have heard their is no pie stall is this true ?

3 ..  Viewing ..  should i bring  my big binoculars or just my pocket ones  ?

    4 ..  Do i need a  ticket or is it PATG ?

    Hi V.man,

    1.  I'm Not sure where best to park, someone else will advise no doubt!

    2. There IS a food van just inside the turnstles, reasonably good it is too.

    3. The View is decent. The Block Alloa fans will be sitting the view is OK. (It's only big supports, Dunfermline and Falkirk that need the binoculars!)

    4. If you look at Edinburgh's twitter page there is link to fanbase to pre-book your tickets.

Hope that helps buddy.   Looking forward to a good game. Your team is in good form just now, so should be a cracker.

Thought Edinburgh City had disappeared with FC Edinburgh just hanging on for now, hopefully the next change is to a suitable ground to watch football.

I usually like you  Peter, but that's a bit of a shite post!

If you happen to know of a suitable ground available in Edinburgh, I'm sure we'd be pleased to hear from you! 👍

I'd say the chairman is doing his best, with both arms tied behind his back.
