  1. Probably a bit late in asking but how good was Ahui on Saturday? Should he be starting from now on? Was a fan of McAllister last season but feel he's probably been the weak link in the team this season
  2. Great tune but would go with Enter Sandman. Basically any Metallica song
  3. That's McAllister with 5 yellows, is he suspended for the Airdrie game?
  4. Actually that sounds decent. Dowds and Amartey up top with Murphy and Chalmers on the wings. But we all know he'll persist with McKenzie and bringing Bryden on
  5. I'm assuming Dowds will come straight in next week. Who you guys reckon will partner him? Rose? McKenzie?
  6. Do you reckon Bullen would go with Amartey as the lone striker or in reality go with Rose or even Bryden?
  7. Away on holiday so missed the game yesterday. What does Pendlebury have to do to get a start, especially with our injuries? Looks an impressive CM who'll chip in with a few goals but looks like Bullen doesn't fancy him
  8. Wasn't at the game today. Did any of the players get a pass mark today? Think Pendlebury was great last week, how'd he do today?
  9. Wasn't able to catch the game last night. Looks like we started with a 4-4-2 but who was playing more up top with Bryden and who was outwide right between McKenzie and Amartey?
  10. So you'd say Amartey is a replacement for JML and Daire, rather than Dipo?
  11. Couldn't make the game tonight. What formation were we playing at the beginning? A 4-2-3-1 or a 4-4-2?
  12. If Amartey or Bryden are there for the tap in, I'm all in for that
  13. Thoughts on yesterday player's performance Albinson: Not much to do, saved the two penalties Watret: looked decent going forward but a bit suspect at the back Stanger: took a while to get into it but looked alright overall McGinty: usual route one stuff Reading: not as bad as most of last season but not great either Dempsey: thought he was dreadful yesterday. Always sideways and backwards, no killer forward passes Murdoch: so so, did alright but nothing exceptional Smith: thought he was trying to take control of the midfield but apparently we don't want to play with any sort of midfield McKenzie: thought he was half decent out wide but was useless in a more central position Amartey: thought he did alright with what he was given but was given nothing from midfield Murphy: looked our biggest threat with a lot of their defenders standing off from him Bryden: changed our attacking threat when he came on but still get annoyed at his constant running outwide in possession rather than into the box Hewitt: did ok but nothing much Ecrepont: was hoping to see more to compare him to Reading. Got a couple of decent crosses in Ashford: for me was the game changer. Looked a threat, admittedly against a tired Stirling defence and actually had a shot which lead to the goal Pendlebury: hard to critique him when we apparently aren't interested in a midfield
  14. Have tickets gone on sale for the Stirling game? Better not be exclusive to season ticket holders cause they still haven't processed mine or my Dad's yet
  15. Any more updates on the score? Any idea of its Albinson or Mutch in goal?
  16. Yeah I was kinda disappointed when Ecrepont went out on loan last season. I'm hoping he's given a chance to start in the Viaplay Cup games to see how he compares. Hopefully some competition will make Reading a better player if he is to remain 1st choice LB
