  1. There was no chance of us going to the EoSL once all the other clubs joined and it meant we’d be at tier 7.
  2. Last time I looked TJ wasn’t in charge of the SFA!
  3. It seems to me like the SFA are pulling up the drawbridge until their members with the most clout decide how to manage the whole non league pyramid/licensing scenario.
  4. There is as I would guess that Talbot wouldn’t have anywhere near the same travelling support at Elgin or Peterhead which is what the Talbot fan was saying! Its rubbish to suggest otherwise.
  5. You said that it doesn’t stop fans of those clubs affording to go to those games that’s why!
  6. How many fans do you think follow Stranraer and Berwick to Elgin and Peterhead?
  7. Absolutely, there is so much misunderstanding out there. I can't repeat it often enough, nothing will change for 62 of the 63 teams in the West Region. Absolutely nothing. There is nothing to fear in joining the pyramid, only positives and opportunities to gain. Spot on!
  8. How can they not is the question ? All the regions are separate entities anyway. The only overlap is the Junior cup.
  9. You know everything and surely must have the minutes ? Unkess is it just more speculation and your usual “as far as I know” “facts”
  10. Published minutes from 10 years ago You're the one with all the facts apparently? Thr famous Maxwell e mail states that the North will be negotiated seperatley so once again you’re talking pish.
  11. I know facts don't sit well with your narrative but try and reply like an adult. It helps the debate. Ok then, show me where it states that all regions must join at the same time from this summers meeting? When was the last AGM that you attended? You come out with stuff like “as far as I am aware” wtf? .Of course TJ isn’t going to tell members to leave and join the EoSL that is just plain stupid and has nothing to do with all the regions going in at the same time.
  12. No no timescales at all for any of it? Wow, might be a few years then.... Probably will be for the North.
  13. The vote was for the Juniors to join the pyramid. That is what will happen. It doesn’t suit Donald Trump and his EoS mates that there was no timescale given or a mandate that every region must go in at the same time.
  14. What a load of utter drivel. Thr North were never going to go in at the same time. Nobody is splitting the SJFA either,West,North and East will all still be SJFA members and play in the cup.
  15. As I was saying about spin...... Thank you Donald Trump
  16. Correct. At no point have Junior clubs been formally asked at AGM whether they agree to the SJFA being split up, with some leagues going Senior and some leagues remaining Junior. At no point have they said that one or two regions can’t go in unless the other/others do at the same time! Nice try though.
  17. And that’s what he’s doing! There is no block on regions going in at different times though much as some would like on here.
  18. Of course he’s pushing for all regions to be in but they don’t all NEED to be in at the same time.
  19. The North were never going to be going in at the same time! Further down the road perhaps and that’s what was voted for. There isn’t a mandate for all at the same time or nobody.
  20. TJ isn't insisting that all 3 regions have to join at the same time though!
  21. If it came across as me slating the boy himself then I can only apologise, as that isn't what I'm attempting to do. He gave his absolute all in both games, and did everything he possibly could have, but he simply doesn't have the athleticism, stamina or technical ability to be able to be a useful player at this level. The blame lies with Lennon for picking him, then the club for this admin gaffe. I've nothing against Fitzpatrick himself and wish him all the best. He’s a good central defender,he’s not a centre forward! I’m sure even Virgil Van Dyke would look like a fish out of water if he played as a striker for a whole game.
  22. A bit harsh on the big man given that he’s a centre half !!
  23. Since we`re into quoting lines from the minutes-- IM stated that he felt that there was nothing that could be considered a “show-stopper” and felt the process could be fairly straightforward. He stated that if there was a vote – for the wrong reasons – to stall the process, the Scottish FA Board would consider such action
