Never really at the game, Raith the better team, moved the ball well, and our defense was all over the place. Let's see what the future holds.

Agree with Unknown 1954. Good to get a result albeit against a poor Morton side. Second best defensive record in the league, unfortunately we have the worst goals scored, 6 after 9 games, and you have to score goals to win matches. Don't see how playing one up front is going to solve this problem, and can't rely on Bobby all the time. Love McKenna but he is wasted on the wing. Still upwards and onwards.

Pretty pathetic overall. 3 goals conceded all originated from our left side of the park. Maybe this should tell us something.

Well that brought us back down to earth. What is all the talk about a weakened team ? Thought we had players on the bench who would be first choice in any other team. Nice to see Doris back, but him and Wallace are of the same mold (hold up and distribute) not real goal scorers. What we need is a goal scorer(oh! I forgot we have one, Hester). Strange the whole team had an off night, or are we not as good as we thought. Defence had a shocking night and Hammy was on his a... more often than usual. Maybe it,s time to reflect on what went wrong. Still I expect I will be there cheering them on next week

What did we struggle to do last season(with the odd exception) Score goals! Who can score goals and will always be a threat, HESTER. Forget about comparing him to other players, we don't need clones, we need a goal scorer. He should have been given a chance long before now. If he can score a goal I'll settle for that.

Thought my weekend couldn't get any worse after losing today. But just found out Hamilton has been given a 2 year deal. I await in anticipation for the response.

Don't think we want to go up (could be wrong), but if we do, would we have wanted to keep some of the players he has already signed. Don,t think so!

Sorry to see Hester go, if only for a short period. But a least he may get on the pitch. Certainly every bit as good as the strikers we brought in. He'd be in my team, a real trier and CAN score goals, what a waste sitting on the bench week after week.

Can,t fathom Dick's subs- Bobby off, should have been Denholm. Prunty on, when did he last score a goal!! Why do we need to sign a goal scorer, one sits on the bench week after week(Hester). If he ain,t going to play him do the honourable thing and let him go to someone who will.
