Basically yes. You can only appeal a yellow on very strict grounds (mistaken identity and simulation I think).
Surely you must be able to challange a clear breach of the laws of the game..

Ultimately the back 3 will be Mahon, Cleary and Gordon. I see McCart being phased out on the assumption his is away and has been rank all season.
I see Cleary very much a replacement for Kerr and Mahon the replacement for McCart.
On the Utd game, I think despite him being rank in every other way, the goal from Crawford will see him starting. I suspect Davidson will go with the same stating 11.
Mahon.looks far more like the central keystone of a back three and from what I've read about him Cleary is at his best on the left..

You wonder if these a question mark over Gordons place in the team regardless tbh, hes certaintly not as untouchable as he was previously.
I agree. Gordon is a very good player but Mahon already looks like rock in the centre of the back three..Of course it's too early to tell but he looks like he could potentially be our best defender and first pick.As I speculated on another thread it may be that Gordon will eventually fill the right centre Roll with Cleary replacing McCart on the left..

Having seen him last night Mahon looks a natural as the centre of the back three.Could it be that'll we will see Gordon eventually moving to the right with Cleary moving left ?

Can't get over how much hairier his left arm looks, compared to his his right. Wild. Either that, or it's the worst tattoo sleeve ever
It helps him drift inside when making runs from the left as his right side is more aerodynamic than the left and moves through the air quicker.

I would imagine that he is being brought in to have a look at and assess his potential more than as an immediate first team contender.

If he does sign and counting Wee Max in we now have a first team squad of around 30

My positivity is definitely on the rise again as the squad is now far stronger and fresher. If we can get one or two more in before the deadline then that would be a real bonus...I agree with the departures mentioned Ambrose and Craig with May and Etu out on loan...I don't think.we have seen the last of Liam though.

I think if Saints have to go down the road of loans tomorrow, it'll certainly be guys that have played some football and also guys for who the move is important.
Just hoping it isn't such a bad day that we are left seeing double.
Bair on loan wouldn't have been a great fit, this is better and @Kyle was right about bearing with Saints until the end of the window. Again, like the other signings, it might not work out but you can see the process. Once you start getting that right, it's then about success percentages. But first thing first we needed to get away from kid loans and OAPs.
Tomorrow will be interesting, we may see more departures than arrivals. With MOH close to returning will he be viewed as cover for Rooney as a wing back or will we look to being someone else in..Also With the arrival of Bair who has stated that he can play wide as well as centrally does this rule out signing a winger ?
Personally I would love us to tale Kennedy on loan

Scott Burns remains undefeated
He is a big lad 6'3 but does not appear to.be a prolific a goalscorer..However he has played one game (and scored) for the full canadian national team so that would speed up the work permit.

You are dilusional if you think St Johnstone are a big team in terms of Scottish football.
It's not so long since your mob were down in the third tier below the likes of Clyde, Airdrie, Stirling Albion, and others. I guess you are under-25 or have had a head knock inducing memory loss.
That said, I expect your team to finish above Dundee this year and survive via the play offs.
Yeah not long, only about 35 years ago someone under 25 would not even have been born for at least another decade ..You appear to.be more concerned about us than your own manky mob..But that's the drawing power of tbe Saints foe you kid !

Why would I pay attention to a Saintees thread? It was discussed around me at the game which one of your clubs 2 biggest legends was getting boo’d or was it both?
Possibly because you are one of the most frequent posters on tbis thread lad.

I was hoping that we would bring in a couple of midfielders and a striker but I did not expect them to be Charlie Gilmour, Cammy MacPherson and Callum Hendry

Surely we didn't need to recall him in order to offer him that deal, though?
Don't get me wrong, as a piece of shithousery I think it's wonderful. It just seems a bit OTT.
This brinkmanship could go either way..If we decide not to pay a fee in this window then (as most contracts run until the end of June ) St Mirren will end up paying his wages for five months when he really is surplus to their requirements.
