As mentioned before training is due to restart on Thursday 15 th of June which is around 4 weeks before the first league cup match and hopefully fit in about 4 friendlies in that time.

It's difficult to understand why Dale Carrick played second fiddle to Dylan Mackin for most of last season. Some may say it was a dreadful 90 minutes but that is what grinding out results looks like.

Ha,I dont think so.There is a long way to go with 9 games each still to play.I do feel however that the Binos have a stronger squad than Dumbarton where we have players on the bench who are just as good if not better than the starting 11.Our strength recently has been after substitutions have been made in the second half. Every team in this league is battling for points,so points will be dropped by both sides on the way to the finishing g line.
