I love the bashing we’re taking on Twitter after today’s announcement. We didn’t choose to write the rules of the cup, nor did we ask for the game to be postponed. The SPFL said in their statement the game couldn’t be rearranged due to fixture pile up. What were we meant to do?

Fans not getting back is a bit farcical IMO. Stadiums could easily accommodate a number of fans safely with masks on and socially distant. We don’t need pie stalls or anything open, just bums on seats. What happens when we get to March/April and there’s still no vaccine? Whilst I fully respect the fact we need to curb the spread, we also need a little normality as well.
