  1. Just realised I will be on my plane back home during the entirety of this game... shite. Won't know the score until I land, only the lineups. Sure hope my fellow Dundee fans are jubilant when I come on here, and not Caley fans.
  2. 4 posts, all on Dundee threads. What is it with United fans and having an inferiority complex.
  3. Huge game. I would like for us to win it. Should've let Tarmo create the thread imo.
  4. Inverness taking their loss to Arbroath well. Tarmo had made such an impression on me with his top-tier lists that I forgot he loves a good headsgone himself.
  5. I'm no' converting you ever it seems haha. Things to improve, but far better attitude in the last 4 games and performances in the last 3. Need to turn our heads toward getting results these next 2 weeks and getting the quality pieces to supplement our current squad.
  6. Great results for us today. Next week vs ICT and the following against Ayr are huge.
  7. Caley, Ayr and Dunfermline all shitting it today. A good week for Dundee football overall.
  8. 2-2, Fucking useless Dumfries b*****ds. Edit: Score correction, still 1-2. Dumfries legends.
  9. Agreed. Not interested in Callachan, but if he's a decoy I'm good with that.
  10. Aye, with the performance last night and of the last few weeks I feel that if we can make that consistent we could do well in the playoffs. It's a big if, but certainly feel better about it right now than say last month.
  11. Christ, it's like speaking to a brick wall in here sometimes...
  12. 4 games undefeated, and a clear improvement on the pitch. To bring out the 'if we fucked up' is ridiculous, because we didn't. The gap is bad, but the improvements speak for themselves. I know 4 games is way too low to judge on, but how many good performances will it take for those like you to give even one compliment? The negativity is sown into the core of some folk. It obviously isn't unwarranted but surely there should be some flexibility.
  13. I for one am glad to not have to worry about another derby until the end of the season. In the meantime let's both of us continue to root against the real issues: Caley, Ayr and the Pars.
  14. He's much better on his left foot, that being said I still don't know how he didn't even bring it down. Thought he put in a solid shift up with Hemmings and was important in the build-up to the goal. Far more effective for us than Shankland for you on the night, that's for sure.
  15. They really shouldn't be spending in January and tightening their own leash, but if they're thinking about it I invite them to.
  16. Great post. Obviously things haven't went ou ureter so far this season with Mcpake at the helm, but we've entered our most consistent phase of the season so far with largely solid performances and are showing real improvement. Hopefully the majority of Dees can see this over their own lingering reservations about the team and a McPake, get behind them and give the team a proper boost with a good home crowd to kick off the new decade, in a game that could be hugely important in the long run. Let's get behind the lads and give them as big a boost as we can!
  17. Ach no worries mate, you're in the perfect position financially and contract-wise to replace all the issues in the team that would be punished in the Premiership...
