I hear the heathens even use devil lanterns. Down with this sort of thing.

To add to this even Edinburgh City don't charge 12 quid despite promotion to the big bad scary leagues with trips to Elgin.Who charges £12. Not anybody in the EoS or Lowland League anyway. Some charged less than £6 though.

Does moving to the EOS make getting referees/match officials easier at all? I‘m not clear on how designation of officials works depending if a club is senior or junior.

Back to Forthbank I'd guess.A good idea as there is no way Stirling University Reserves would be kicked out of the EoSL, as they have been regular participants during the EoSL's difficult survival period. They also play at Glannochy Sports Complex, which the Uni 1st XI doesn't use.
By the way, are Stirling Uni changing their ground next season, as Shire have moved into the Falkirk Stadium ?

My assumption is there'd be a west wide league tier 6 made up of both west juniors & some SOS clubs. Tier 7 would see an SOSL for D&G clubs plus a division for the clubs elsewhere in the west (region which the west juniors cover currently).

On the books of Exeter CityWhat's Dan Seaborne (shudder) up to these days?

They said yes

Also 3 leagues feeding into one sounds horrible especially if automatic relegation from league 2 isnt in place. As a fan of a WOS club im fine with an all in Lowland League at tier 5 then regionalising at tier 6.

Does someone have a copy of the results from the survey that was sent out regarding yes/no to joining the pyramid. Need it to reference a few things.

Is it known yet where Edusport are playing out of next season? I‘d assume somewhere in Glasgow given its on the name shortlist. If so I'd guess a groundshare with someone, maybe Petershill or Benburb?

Is there anywhere applicants could come from given the only other football in D&G is Sunday amateur? Do any of the teams playing in the Border amateurs fall under SOSL territory? As it happens they only played 1 of 14 home league games, and of 0 of 4 home cup ties, on Saturdays...Last season the SOSL AGM was this Thursday, but given the Cree Lodge Cup Final won't be until after that and next Thursday is still in May, I'm supposing it might be then. Regardless it can't be far off. Wigtown returning - is there any reliable news of applicants or clubs dropping-out?
As for Junior teams from South Ayrshire/D&G eg Girvan & Kello I don‘t see them jumping ship.

Is it confirmed if relegation/promotion between eerste and tweede divisie is occuring next season?

Nice to see Ajaccio filling the void of Corsican teams with arsehole fans after Bastia got booted to the 5th tier

Frankfurt up 1 - 0 in DFB Pokal final. Goal scored by Rebic

Just trying to picture what Hampden would look like today if Rangers had been playing. Their end would be completely empty as they'd all be at home watching the 'Royal' wedding...
There'd be a repeat of that cringe banner they hauled out when that royal bairn was born.

Largely a symbolic gesture. iirc clubs in Israel are only able to name themselves after persons that are deceased. Loathsome move from a loathsome club regardless. So Beitar Jerusalem are to rename their club Beitar Trump Jerusalem FC because of trumps decision to relocate the US embassy

B teams to be introduced as of next season in Lega Pro (kind of)
https://www.football-italia.net/121207/figc-announce-b-team-rules
Reserve football only runs to u19 (the Primavera) so clubs rely on loaning out players (usually in massive numbers) for development. I'd expect a few teams next season as Lega Pro generally has teams drop out before the start of every season thanks to Italian football finances being a mess0
