Just getting a bit fed up of AJ having to rectify mistakes every season. Last year was his baffling midfield full of snail paced midfielders. This year he goes with 3 slow centre backs. I mean every man and his dug knows you need a pacy CBs to cover the extra ground in a 3-5-2.He's far from the worst manager we have ever had, but he is weak tactically. Hardly ever changes a game. Think we could've done with a change of direction in the summer.

He's a highly rated prospect that scores goals. AJ obviously thinks he's better right now than Smith and McCann and it's not as if the other strikers are taking their chance. We had to sign him with the injury as the window would be closed if we waiting on him returning.
