Ayr United become only the second team this century to lose all four league games in a season to Dundee Utd. A month after Arbroath became the first.

They don't seem to be on sale yet. Nothing on ayr website and your website says sold out .
Weird. Seems Utd now selling seats in Jerry Kerr so assume Ayr will be in the Shed.

Have any Ayr fans bought tickets for the match this Saturday? Just trying to work out if we’re going to keep the shed for home fans.

Are we opening the shed for Utd fans on Saturday then? ET is sold out, GF has about 300 left in bottom tier.
Surely could put the Ayr fans in Jerry Kerr - what will they have 250-300 max?0 -
Good performance from Utd, Morton came into it a bit more in second half but we thoroughly deserved to win. Our front 4 were very good in and out of possession.
Broadfoot and Baird were trying to get a reaction from our players all night but was good to see us not get dragged in.
No idea how Graham was booked for Broadfoot putting him in a headlock!! Surely Broadfoot will be calling it a day at the end of this season?

Very well deserved victory for United. Ref was shocking. Moult booking was a nonsense and should have been a foul to Utd, Keith Watson was very lucky to stay in the pitch. Penalty was soft but there is a foul there.
McLelland had a comfortable afternoon but looked good. Watt and Moult linked up really well. Still need more from our wingers though.

If we’re opening the shed to Utd fans then it’s a good decision, anything else is just a nonsense.

Anyone heard anything regarding a sponsorship deal for renaming Tannadice? @Fife Arab any info?
Heard it mentioned about a month ago and was on Dode Fox episode today, dunno any details though

Been told Miller Thomson is out of contract this summer, surely we’re trying to get him on a long term deal?
Classic Utd if he leaves for fk all though

Wotherspoon was supposed to be bench for the Queens game and I think the issue was his calf. We rushed him
We have done similar with Docherty and Gallagher this season, don’t seem to learn.

Assume Docherty still out?
Any word on Wotherspoon’s injury?

It’s maybe not that ridiculous. He doesn’t look like featuring for Celtic again this season he’s so far down the pecking order. He can’t join a premier league team as deadline has passed. If he wants to play some games and Utd are happy to pay a bit of his wages then Celtic might be happy to let him go.
Still don’t see it happening though!

Jim Goodwin will bring in Tillson
though going by this there’s no injury concerns…. So who knows?

Only a few days now to the big game. Not reading much confidence from Rovers' fans... United not in great form but still picking up points. I don't think this is a decider but it could be a turning point. Raith win and they could get a boost and we could stumble...draw and it's as you were. If we win, we're in a strong position but our two games at Cappielow are looking harder with every week that goes by.
United line up will be something like this...
Walton
Grimshaw Graham Holt McMann
Sibbald Docherty
Watt Wothersoon Middleton
Moult
Prediction - Raith 1 DUFC 3
Heard Docherty injured (again), dunno if you can put Wotherspoon in his position with watt behind Moult? Or do we bring in Tillson?

Anyone any idea who the defender is that we're signing early next week?
Saw a rumour last week of Barry Maguire from Motherwell, think he had a loan spell at Dundee last season. Might be him

It's only 3 points clear for United.

Huge 3 points for United. Well done Tony Watt, correct reaction to being dropped. A lot of pretty poor performances again though from Utd. 4 points clear though so happy enough.

Wonder if likes of Glass will go out on loan, must be quite far down the pecking order no even making the bench at the weekend

Not a fan of Ross Graham playing on the right side of defence but I thought he was excellent today
Yeah our best player. Walton was fine as well but don’t think anyone else gets pass marks. Subs didn’t do anything either really. Desperately need our forward players to find some form. Also, our corners are brutal - really need to sort this seeing as we get about 15 a game.

Releghitti away to Killie on loan, sadly it’s only for 7 days, hopefully extended for the season
Really hope he doesn’t have to come on today

I’ll be happy enough with Walton as our number 1 next season.
Will there be better keepers out there? Absolutely
Do I trust United to find a better keeper? Absolutely not
Still utterly haunted by the Birighitti gamble that spectacularly failed. Goalkeeper is not a position to take a chance on.
