He had a nightmare up there the last time.
I’d agree one poor mistake, however, Ross Munro’s got more chance of one in him.0 -

Foor those playing along this season, I now have totals for the season...our leading predictor is Easy Days for Raith, with 71 points over 24 prediction weeks, out of 27 available weeks.
Our best "usual" guesser is fifer67, having played 20 weeks and averaging 3.2 points a week played.
Easy Days for Raith if you’re such a mystic, tell us who will prevail in the league!1 -
I think for this game McGurn has to play if fit, the experience of a commanding keeper is vital.

The fucking state of that park.
What a mess it is, not conducive to good football.0 -

Posted on the match thread but although Tuesday’s game is vital I can see a few more twists before the end of the season given the form of both ourselves and Falkirk, however not to underestimate the importance of a win on Tuesday not only to keep us top but to give us that momentum we seem to have lacked in recent weeks - I’m sure Falkirk will come with a desire to win so it’s imperative we match that all over the park.

Huge opportunity missed but from what I’ve seen so far this season there will probably be another opportunity to take advantage off, however, this is all depending on Tuesday’s result, anyone who has followed the rovers for any length of time can tell you the chances of them coming back to win the league after a loss like that in a massive game is slim. However as a previous poster suggested there’s never any certainties in football other than that Tuesday’s tie - with the exception of the last game at Falkirk - is probably the biggest game of the season for both sides.

Jack Smith going out on loan to Dundonald. I thought he’s looked pretty good when he’s played. EoS is a really poor level.
Dundonald are probably one of the best teams I’ve seen at EoS level therefore it’d be a good move for Jack in terms of that he gets game time and good experience in one of the best sides in the league.1 -
There’s nothing wrong with it, but when we have three right backs in the squad and only one left back, I wouldn’t say it’s a priority.
Yeah I would definitely say that left back is a priority, in my original post I’d said a full back but if we were to get cover for Macca that’d be ideal, however, I’m not sure about a heavily inexperienced LB from Celtic coming into a title pushing squad.0 -
Anyone got any info on who the loan signing could potentially be, not sure what positions we’d be looking at unless it was a full back.

Buzzing for it something to look forward too as well as the nail biting title race!

If we can keep him fit hopefully he can kick on when given the chance. He looked good earlier in the season when played on the right. Think he maybe scored in that game, can't remember who it was against though.
Believe it was Clyde0 -
I believe it's
10% to the host club (Probably St Johnstone)
40% Split between the finalists
50% to the SPFL
Madness that the finalists will only get a guaranteed fee of £20k, but suppose this is the challenge cup.0 -
Stonewall dive imo

We all East Fife tonight then?

Still don’t understand how fans can call for all involved to be banned, this will just lead to them finding another team to support and everyone sitting in silence once again, all over a smoke bomb and what may could be accidental breaking of seats. Unbelievable
I had heard that some of the seats were broken while they ran onto the pitch for Hendry’s goal, this would probably suggest it was an accident in the heat of the moment.1 -
Can’t say I’ve seen a greater number of grammatical errors in my life but at least the young ones are coming out to condemn this, shows that not all of them are bad. Again I’ve no issue with the boys but when it comes to the club footing any bills for damage that’s when it goes too far, we all support the club and want to really go back to where we feel we can be and this can’t happen if money is continually paid out in fines or damages.

Agree with this in that the smoke bombs add an extra bit of something you can’t get just from singing, however, perhaps the concourse enclosed space wasn’t a great idea. I’ve seen the video of the h*ns away at Hearts having a decent sing song with no need for these.Maybe we should get Jim Traynor involved. He’d blame the sub-standard seating at Firhill. I can see why seats could accidentally get damaged when everyone is bouncing around.Smoke bombs look excellent so I can see why the young team like them.

Financially would it not be better for us to have the final against the Colts ?
How are the gates split in the final?0 -
Would be very surprised if ICT don’t appeal that sending off.
Can you appeal two yellows?0 -
Thought the call on Keatings was the furthest thing from the correct decision I’ve ever seen, Caley are there for the taking from my point of view on this showing. Good thing is Keatings will be out for the final as he really linked the play well.

The Colts are clearly the better side to me. The final is going to be no occasion at all against that mob.
Definitely a lot more comfortable on the ball and extremely fluid going forward, reckon the defence is there to be got at though, if of course they’re our opponent.
