  1. I think Hoban is struggling after playing so many games. It must be years since he's played as much as this. It's not just your body that tires from fatigue and he's made some strange decisions lately. Regarding your last sentence, McInnes used to excel there but the past few years has been fraught with shoe horning boys in to roles.
  2. My team: Scotland aka too big a shitebag to say Rangers when they were shite.
  3. Joe Lewis doesn't often pull off ridiculous saves. At Aberdeen he's made a career of saving the shots he should be saving and being great when it comes to handling. He's let himself down with both on a couple of occasions but there isn't a keeper I'd have ahead of him in the league. McGregor is obviously class but he'd not get away with half of his antics if he played for anyone outwith the top 2. Marciano always strikes me as someone who pulls off ridiculous saves but struggles in the air. Bain is awful. Wouldn't have had him on the bench when we had Cerny. The United keeper was brilliant in both games against us. The others seem mostly interchangeable but I'm being pretty ignorant there. Edit: forgot about Kelly. Immense for Motherwell against us.
  4. The summer will be interesting. Campbell looks like he's starting to influence the game a bit more. That's three starts in a row where he's either been our best midfielder or not looked out of place. Ojo can go in the summer without replacement if that is the case and we can potentially look to use that money elsewhere.
  5. I think a big issue is we got ourselves in to the position where Campbell, Ojo, McGeouch all play the same way. Ferguson can also do it. Any 2 of Campbell, Ojo and McGeouch is going to struggle to influence things further up the park.
  6. McLennan and McGinn are total opposites. McGinns brain is way ahead of his legs and McLennan has lost it before he even decides what he is going to do.
  7. Wasn't great but the win is the most important thing. Did we deserve three points? Maybe not. Killie were a couple of poor decisions away from having a guilt edged chance and were more in control for the majority of that second half. I'd be enquiring in to whether we can permanently sign Kamberi now.
  8. Can't believe Kabamba didn't square that earlier.
  9. Strange game. Not been pretty but wouldn't class it as boring. I think we deserve to be ahead but Killie should have scored when our defence went to sleep. It seems every game whether it is home or away commentary that they watch Ash Taylor run out of position or give away a stupid foul and comment "you can't win every challenge". He's 30 year old and still makes basic mistakes like this week in, week out. Lovely ball in from McGinn for the goal but as has been mentioned he looks lost out on the left wing.
  10. Taylor caught wildly out of position. Garner twice mentions it and MacDermid ignores it like a coward.
  11. Tells it how it is. Hornby had started well. So frustrating.
  12. Willie Garner saying what most of us have been saying for over a year. Too much crappy passes at the back and then a long ball to an isolated front man.
  13. Is this the day you get a finally get a ride? Agreed.
  14. I fucking wish pal. Injured. Dropped from the looks of things. Well deserved I would say. Just can't get a consistent run of good performances at the moment. The same twitter bams screaming that McInnes doesn't play young players are foaming at the mouth because he's playing Campbell ahead of McGeouch. He will never win with some.
  15. You kind of get what she was saying? She spent the year calling democrats idiots and then got offended when the snowflakes 'atracked' her.
  16. It will be interesting to see how he copes with us if we attempt to play with the ball on the ground. Previously he'd have two or three players around the target man to win second balls and then hit us on the counter.
  17. https://www.eveningexpress.co.uk/sport/loan-striker-bruce-anderson-is-not-worrying-about-goal-drought-back-at-aberdeen/
  18. Yeah that guy has been a fan of Bruce for years. Bruce's problem is he isn't really a lone striker. Needs players in about him and we've never really played like that. Aye. Can't imagine he'll hang about to see if the new manager (if McInnes goes) fancies him either.
