Glasgow was a doddle yesterday morning. As was the border from Poland into Ukraine, if we’re talking about security checkpoints. First time going by bus and expected long queues but I arrived in L’viv an hour early. Not so great when that’s 5am and check in wasn’t until 1pm.

I liked an away day to Clyde despite it being in the heart of a dump…I draw the line at going to Hamilton tho. IT’s rumoured that once you make it past the spear chucking locals the pies aren’t worth the journey

Just watching first episode of "living next door to Putin",I think it's obvious why Ryanair arent flying into there anymore,it's no longer a sleepy provincial airport!
Lovely place(though my first impressions, into the building site of a train station in the middle of a blizzard, weren't great),well worth a visit&a piece of cake to get to from Krakow
I got the train from Krakow to Pzemysl last year, didn’t have time to stop off at Rzerzow.
I’m taking the bus next month from Warsaw to Lviv, I’m not looking forward to the wait at the border but it’ll be in the middle of the night so hopefully won’t be too long.
Question RE Ryanair - if I buy the cheap ticket, can I add check in luggage at a later date? I think I did this before but can’t quite remember.

On the advice of another poster, I recommend standing still so they have to manoeuvre around you. Generally you get looked at like you're an alien, and it rarely occurs to anyone that they could just drop back behind their mate to make space. Most amusing.
It's like they're all ghosts who've suddenly found themselves corporeal again and don't understand why they aren't passing through physical objects.
I just try and have a bit of awareness, problem solved

Aye, it's invariably terrible music, and always has been - c***s who do this have always chosen whatever their stepdad finds the most annoying genre/artist of the time.
I thought I was just becoming more intolerant of this, but maybe not. Everyone appears to be shocked when they try to move into an occupied space without looking, or that someone might require them to not stand gormlessly blocking access to a doorway/shelf/defibrillator/SCRAM button.
A group walking 3 or 4 abreast on a pavement where it clearly blocks anyone walking the other way. Good shout.

I’ve no idea if this is true or not, but it got me thinking. What minor public offences would you like to see the culprits being screened publicly and fined for in Scotland?
For me it’s littering and cycling through Buchanan Street/Sauchiehall Street at speed at peak hours. Standing directly at the front of train doors despite clearly people going to get off the train another is consider.

Only 79 but had been suffering from dementia in recent years.
Points please.
Prigozhin was my VC for next year, but I’ll gladly give up the points for that c**t to be toast.

I’ve had my differences with Gordon but I don’t see why he would make that investment statement up, but for me it I comes down to the Crownpoint scenario. Heavy investment with Crownpoint is worth so much more than a dwindling existence elsewhere. Been following Clyde since the late 90’s and I’m fucking sick of the “where will we be” conversation every season.
If we lose Crownpoint, we are as well chucking it. And I’m half way there.

His time at Clyde was well before my time but having met him a few times at Broadwood during hospitality, it was clear he is viewed as a club legend. Incredibly polite and pleasant, he took a keen interest in how I got into supporting Clyde.
A real loss in Scottish football. May he rest in peace.

Can't see Putin being ousted somehow. Which is a shame as he's in my dead pool squad.
He’ll fall out of one of those famous Russian windows.
He’s my DP captain, any in any case it would be some fucking party when he does die.

Looking forward to finding out which of the cuddly liberals lining up to replace Putin will get the gig.
That was always the problem. Prigozhin is a psychopath who hates Ukrainians as much as Putin.
It’s good news for the current counter offensive but when the Kremlin falls, Ukraine will be up against a much better force, with much better fire power and with the same ambition.
If they want to slaughter each other, let them do it out with Ukrainian territory.

Tomorrow I’m flying from Krakow to Edinburgh, leaving at 8am. Tonight I’m leaving Lviv at 9pm, and scheduled to arrive at 6.20am at Krakow airport. However it’s a total lottery how much time I’ll be stuck at the border, and I’ve got about £20 to my name. Wish me luck
