Its a tragedy and an abhorent act, but simply dishonest to suggest there's any chance at all she was the intended target. They're simply bad shots.

If you are aiming at someone else, which they were, then yes its definitely an accident.

Erm you might want to reappraise the actual facts here. They were aiming for the security services, missed and hit her as she was right next to them. It was obviously an accident, she wasn't the intended target. That doesn't excuse anything, its just reality.

The fundamental problem over there is we have occupied and colonised a chunk of their country for hundreds of years and treated a massive section of the population as second class citizens in their own country. Its important to realise that we are the bad guys in the whole situation, not the people who resist our occupation by force.
