Quite a few of the players are on amateur contracts and the money you are talking about isn't enough to pay 1 household bill never mind them all and the hours you put in don't reflect the wages you get so therefore you do it out your own free time. All about respect,obviously doesn't mean much in your world.

Seniors get paid decent amounts of money and majority play full time football as a job. Junior players do it out their own free time. Is that the same thing still?
