It hasn't been the best but the 2nd worst in 46 years?
Unfortunately yes I'm dismayed to say.
Jim McIntyre smashed all of the previous records of failure in the top league and currently after 17 games in the league below under James McPake we have a less than 50% points return, a minus goal difference whilst conceding 32 goals thus far and are 3 points above a relegation play-off position.
Worth noting Mr Nelms our club has never played in the 3rd tier.

Tuesday and tonight’s results really helped us keeps raith in sight and hopefully makes me happy knowing Inverness f*cked their I’m not sure how many game advantage,3 points against Arbroath and this will be a gem of a week for once
With all due respect, the only gem of a week will be the week when Dave MacKay and James McPake have left the building permanently.
This season in particular is the worst, other than the Dim McIntyre experience, in my 46 years of following all things Dark Blue.
Destiny is all, welcome back Charlie Adam.
Regards.

Apparently he's a name being seriously considered in the chat for the Sheffield United manager.

Can we now please return to ALL THINGS DUNDEE FC anytime soon?
All the above says absolutely nothing to me about my life.
Thank you and regards.

Until about half an hour into their game today, Arbroath have had a great 2021 and are deservedly pushing up the table under the great Dick.
Nevertheless, anything less than 3 points against this lot at Dens and the team should commit mass seppuku at the FT whistle.
Crikey Ross, mass self-disembowelment is maybe a bit harsh in the circs.
Personally I'd settle for a mass management sacking and mass issuing of jotters.
We struggle last week to secure a point at Morton, Ayr United secure all three today with no permanent manager.
Speechless!

Any assistance welcome in the forthcoming removal of our management team.
Hopefully we avoid relegation and see you again next season.
Welcome and yes, that is the reality currently at Dens Park.

In the football trade you're only ever as good as your last game.
The young man in fairness played well against ICT and offered a useful service, League One Partick Thistle do not even enter the equation I'm afraid.
Our player, our decision.

McMullen for me. Ran his arse off. Mullen was only on for over a half, Gowser had too many loose balls and McDaid did very little considering the amount of possession he had.
Tad harsh Johnny on this occasion, astonishingly what I saw McDaid was the best of the two whilst both however had a good work rate.
Well done tonight to young Anderson and Gowser plus Jason Cummings clearly better than this pish level.
Merely my opinion and McPake still to go.

Well done Fontaine, what was that my man?
No clean sheet shocker, lol.

A second goal and we'll see how keen Neil McCann is playing that nonsense from the back.
French polishing with sand paper springs to mind.
Cumdog!!! Nice one.

More to the point, congrats and all that, however never ever soil our thread with an article from The Sun.

Nope. Replacing an absolute clown car manager with a marginally less shite version, thereby continuing the current servings of gutless pish for another couple of seasons is pointless. It also means more money being thrown at a new squad which could have been utilised by someone who knows what they're doing.
Exactly, due also to the fact in 2 years time John Nelms will be saying, "How's James McPake doing as 3rd team assistant coach at Civil Service Strollers, give him a call please".
No, imho Neil McCann remains in the bin, James McPake with all due respect needs to join him.
Harsh reality.
Edit, I see Mark Kerr has just been dismissed as manager at Ayr United. Decisive action by a more than concerned boardroom, whatever next?

Well done - green with envy, well dark blue actually, however you get the idea.
Best regards to my ex colleagues in Perth.

Am I just weeks ahead of everyone. Marshall has always been shite defensively. I'm convinced he is not a left back. Reason he is our "best" defender just shows how bad we are at the back
The whole team bar two or three could get punted and we start again. Sadly this isn't the case and we carry on
From our disturbing point of view G_Man, you're absolutely and alarmingly correct whilst hitting the nail right on the head.
No need to comment further on the current management team, however looking throughout our recent line-ups and yeah, in all honesty all but three or four could gtf.
Not an ideal scenario, however I cling to other posters thoughts that another manager can get more out of them, individually and collectively.
Clock ticking Mr Nelms.

Are you really telling me James McPake is still your manager???????

Welcome back to Neil McCann, probably pishing himself laughing at how we’ve “upgraded” our managerial options since he left.
Absolute eye-rape of a 0-0 incoming...
This will undoubtedly be the fecking icing on the cake, topped with a Neil McCann dome-like shaped cherry.
0 - 0, if only James McPake and Dave MacKay were that competent.
All is not well.

Urgent message Stateside to Tim Keyes.
THERE WILL BE NOTHING WORTHWHILE LEFT OF YOUR FINANCIAL INVESTMENT AT DENS UNLESS YOU REPLACE THE CURRENT MANAGEMENT TEAM.
I INCLUDE ALSO THE BIGGEST UNDER-PERFORMER AND LIABILITY IN THE ABOVE EQUATION, Mr JOHN NELMS.
That is all.

Yet more points dropped by the Neilson clown, shame we're too shite to do anything about it.
Sadly I would have to agree Biggie, not looking too good at the moment, 4 games now in just 10 days.
- 27/02 Morton (a)
- 02/03 Inverness CT (h)
- 06/03 Hearts (a)
- 09/03 Dunfermline (a)
James McPake's final games as our manager I guess/hope, unless of course some biblical turnaround in our form occurs imho.
Prove us all so wrong though and deliver 12 points, mainly due to the fact these opposition teams are, after all sh1te.
Blind faith my arse, McPake out asap, thank you.

Something very special in common however, for those of us who remember him playing, imho.

Truth is Morton supporters were hoping you guys would fill the howling, delusional chasm left by Falkirk fans.
You’ve been a great disappointment.
How very dare you my good man.

Is he a c**t of a human being though? Very 'Celtic' minded but you would expect that, came across as a very arrogant Celtic manager but that's just something that comes with the roll. A c**t of a human being seems a tad harsh.
I would be happy if he came here, not that he is though.
Have to agree with Johnny regarding the above, tad harsh.
We did after all welcome and employ Govan season ticket holders in Neil McCann and John Brown.
East coast regards.

Clean sheet, first one in fact since the last home game against Arbroath on 5th December last year, 13 games ago in all competitions unless I've missed my count.
More of the same Messrs McPake and MacKay with the ongoing intensive defensive coaching, lol.
