Class , total class . -
I wonder if Brown would consider a 451 for this one with Rus in front of Dempsey and Howley ? If not Bavidge will start beside big George . Only other question really is will McAvoy come in ?

All league games up to the end of the year are fully booked with the exception of the Morton & Livingston games , where a few slots remain available. -

Those guys were on the dreaded one year deals , running down before the ink has dried. Those terrible days are a thing of the past now . Aberdeen have a bit of cash and may try to cut the English Clubs off with a smallish offer at Christmas. I doubt we’d bite . The real bids will come from the south in the summer . -

Not our first rodeo m8 , had this teenage fella called Steve Nicol back in the day went to Liverpool , multiple caps for Scotland bla bla bla . As for Dylan being tested by Calvin Miller hahahaha . Absolutely owned him in the League Cup tie ! -

Think he claimed the goal against Falkirk, that being the case he’s on five goals in ten games which is pretty respectable. The goals tally apart big George does much much more than just that ! Hugely important player for us . -

If any of the SLO’s are on here is there any updates on the supporters buses link up with a local pub ? It was hinted that something would be known after the Dunfermline game . -

The Rabies Bar bus/busses season 87/88 was the greatest of all . A pure liver wrecker ! What a season , what a bus of lads ! This season so far is giving off similar vibes , maybe just maybe ! -

Perhaps Murphy was getting rested for this one . I’d be going Rus back to CM and Murphy out on the left , hopefully that would calm Paddy down , although the loss of McMann is not only a huge loss for the team in general but for Paddy in particular. Hopefully McMann and Mousonda will be back sooner rather than later . -

We’ll be extremely lucky if Dylan makes it to the summer as an Ayr player . However the bidding has to start at £500k , which is nothing to tier one teams down south . I have no doubt Mathie is clever enough to insist that there is a decent add on package . i see Grimshaw is still without a club . He might be the type to get in as midfield cover (Syla nowhere to be seen on Sunday) and could mitigate the loss of a right back should Dylan not even get past the January window . -

We have a pretty young squad so I am ok with a run in this tournament. Two bits of silverware would be nice in next seasons team photo . -

Yup , Watret was my MoM today and is money in the bank . A cool £500k will be coming our way sooner rather than later . -

No . The land he bought previously was at the RE end of the North Terrace . It was needed to get the new stand running the full length of the pitch . This , if true, looks like a whole different ball game . -

The problem with doing anything with the RailwayEnd is that it could cut into the away fans capacity . Those numbers will be very important should we go up . It’s why the three blocks in the new stand nearest the Railway End haven’t been sold to season ticket holders . -

I see this game as a prep game for Thistle . So not so much messing about giving minutes to everyone. Stone Watret McAyoy Stainger Reading Rus Dempse Howley Hastie/Henderson Oakley Walker -

I tend to agree with this and think we should maybe give it a try on Sunday . I like the sound of Murphy coming on fresh with 20/25 mins to go as well . -

I am a bit surprised a professional footballer , particularly of Devlin standard choosing not to keep himself in shape over a summer where he is looking for a new club . Of course there might be more to it , like a niggling injury , who knows ! Hopefully McAvoy is ready to go when he comes up , the Diddy Cup match will give him a chance to get a run out before a huge game against Thistle the following week . Same would apply for Bavidge and Howley but I wouldn’t be going full 2nd 11 , the rest need a practice match after yesterday . No deed to panic, Ayr can play , we know that , looking forward to Thistle and a big game atmosphere already . -

Pars are a big strong team with not much else about them . Figured us out and had McAlister got the red they would have won the game . the plus points are if that was last season we’d have lost that game . Take our point , lick our wounds and start preparing for Thistle in two weeks . -

Kane is the Pars best player too clever for McAlister !
