This isn’t our first Zanatta experience.

What a player Zanatta is.

It’s just hit me that today, I’m going to see my team play in a competitive game for the first time in over a year. I am so fucking excited.

Statistically best defence in the country after Celtic. We had the divisions top scorers from the previous campaign, and a young Lewis Vaughan who started like a house on fire until our manager decided to play him in midfield. Our season was fucked by those two games at Somerset where we just let Ayr attack us.

Has already been mentioned, but that 0-0 against Alloa made me question my love for football for a while. Best squad in the league by far, but Barry Smith had us playing puntball despite having a front four consisting of Vaughan, Liam Buchanan, Greig Spence and Bobby Barr! Will never get over that season, despite us being in a ten times better place now.
