It’s great that we now have options and the gaffer will have a headache on a Friday night. Slight concerns are holding midfielder, and young Hamilton looked a bit suspect defensively on Saturday and hopefully that isn’t exploited.

Granted it’s a matter of opinion but this opinion is crazy. Renton has been outstanding so far this season and pivotal in the 9 points we have. And also his defensive duties at set plays has been crucial aswell none more so than Saturday when he cleared off the line with seconds to go. Personally I would like a stronger holding midfielder than miller, but apart from that, saturdays 11 looked really strong.

There is definitely potential there and 100% agree regarding confidence, You can see his head drop if things don’t quite happen for him in a game. I thought we missed the presence of coxy on Saturday but do think he has been waking a fine line in recent games. I love the fact he plays on the edge and he wouldn’t be the same player without it but I do believe he could control some of the petulant behaviour a bit better.

Not at all, Jordan Allan isn’t a patch on Connor smith. And rents has been excellent so far this season.

obviously the wind was a huge factor, and delighted we got in at the break 2-1 up when we had it in our favour. Solid again to keep Brechin at bay second half when everything was coming right back at us with the wind, although I did think young Hamilton was a bit suspect on a couple of occasions. Again what a shift from Renton and the clearance he made of the line in the dieing moments was as good as a last minute goal. Smith looked really clever and could cause a lot of teams problems the more he grows in to the team which will come week by week. Onwards and upwards, positive at the moment with some key players missing still also, not that they will get into the team as it stands anyway. Would love to just see one more central midfielder personally.

Is there highlights as well mate? It’s great to see us providing match highlights again and the behind the goals footage is brilliant as well. Keep up the good work mate, I certainly appreciate the hard work.

Annan had majority of possession first half today but can’t remember Kevin having a save to make. Todd dealt with nade well and Hamilton looked comfortable in the middle of the 2 with mango who is always pretty solid. Really well worked first goal to get us in at 1-0 a bit against the run of play. Second half was a lot better dominated most of the ball and could have probably had more than the 3. Rents again was excellent, and young smith grew into the game and has some brilliant touches. Hopefully nothing serious with herd the squad is thin enough with Harvey and Allan out at the moment as well. Hopefully keep that up again next week against Brechin, in what would be another massive 3 points already so early in the season, as the league looks like it could be incredibly tight this year.

The next 2 games are massive. Really optimistic and hope we can come away with maximum points (make Central Park a fortress) which would be a huge boost for the players. I would love to see the addition of another centre mid, one with a lot of energy and tough tackling, not sure if herd is that type of player not seen enough of him. For me with the exception of miller, I don’t see a much stronger 11 than the one that started on Saturday. Which would also give us brilliant options like Taylor and Allan to come off the bench both of them easily match winners on their day.

Hard one to swallow that today, especially after pulling it back from 2 down. As much as cove dominated large parts of the game, it took 2 wonder strikes to beat us. As I said previously Not many teams will come away from there with anything this season, so we should try and take some positives. Hopefully a result on Saturday and take it from there. League looks like it could be really tight this year, get a better idea of where we are at after first 9 games.

Excited by the prospect of smith, he could be that bit of class we are missing fingers crossed. Would be delighted with a point up here today, don’t think many teams will come away with much from cove this season.

Bigman was brilliant yesterday as already stated. Surely he is a dream for Jordan Allan with his flick ons and work rate, but for me Allan doesn’t anticipate any of those and seems to be 5 yards deeper than Renton when he goes up for header.

You would be hard pushed to see a weaker penalty. Up there with the worst I’ve seen. Pretty irrelevant now though as we got the win. And thought Robbie played really well second half yesterday minus the penalty. We are stretched in terms of squad depth now though fingers crossed we can add a couple of loan signings quickly. With regards to players like Ryan connelly, surely for him as a young player it’s in his own interests to go out and find a local junior club where he is going to play every week because it’s doing his development no good here, Renton and cox where absolutely done in last 10/15 yesterday and the gaffer would rather keep them on than put Ryan on.

Second half was a brilliant team performance. We looked really solid. But my biggest concern is the lack of opportunities created. agree with the above post, we need a power house in midfield, similar to nicol for them today. Allan was non existent, and we have a very thin squad with Gary seeming reluctant to bring on any youngsters even when Renton and cox where flat out on their feet.

Not a good first half, completely under the cosh. Completely different second half, some brilliant performances but Renton in particular was excellent.

Thomas looks like he could be a big player this season, think we could really do with another similar player in there with a presence about them and more energy as Miller is very lightweight and not really sure what he brings to the team. Really concerning at the lack of goals scored, especially 0 in the 2 competitive games against opposition from our league.

Desperately need a couple of new additions, likely to be loan signings, just hope GB can find a couple of gems.
