  1. Potential relegation is a fans biggest dread. Being a Dundee fan I know all about it sadly so i can understand what you are going through right now. The feeling of being relegated is hurting that much that you have to pretend that all is OK, I'm not bothered, lets build up again etc etc I'm not going to lie, I want you to get relegated, feck the Tayside Derby ( St Johnstone's biggest game/games of the season, every season) we've got the proper Derby back next season anyway. Levein must stay
  2. It's called being a supporter through the good and bad times. Pretty basic stuff for a genuine fan imo. There was no Dundee Utd in 1909.
  3. I get it Buddie, the excitement of potentially reaching Europe is making our brains malfunction lol
  4. Job is a botch job sadly. Got the fixture dates mixed up and Dundee don't play Celtic again Apart from that it's a good effort...
  5. This is brilliant Dave Mackay wouldn't even be in the top 200 Dundee players never mind a dual team. Gordon Strachan wouldn't get anywhere near the team too. As for comparing Gilzean to McAvennie I liked McAvennie but Gilzean was on a different level to him. As was Billy Steel, John Duncan, Tommy Coyne and Sofian Moussa... I'm thinking Billy Stark might be the only Saint to make the squad. We're bigger than Saints in every way. More trophies, more fans, more European adventures and more administrations.
  6. I genuinely don't think there would be any Saints in a joint team. It certainly wouldn't be loaded with Saints Thank you
  7. If Dundee and St Mirren had a joint all-time time does anyone think that there would be a single Saint in it? I'm thinking Mark Yardley would maybe pip Alan Gilzean but that's about it.
  8. I know what you mean Hully. Bunch of Dab minks.
  9. Must be true if it's in the Sun lol In all seriousness, its never going to happen and if it did ( it won't) then I'd hope the club would fight back. Plenty of things the club could do to hit back at Sky. For example next time there is a live game on Sky and the fire alarm gets set off then evacuate the stadium and cancel the game. Let's see how Sky react to that....
  10. OK sure, i believe you when you say you wanted Ross County to win and leave them 1 point behind them
  11. It is very weird behaviour. In fact it's nearly as weird as pretending you were supporting your main rivals for relegation yesterday......
  12. You've got the game with Caniggia mixed up. He scored on his debut in Sep/Oct. We did celebrate like mad You signed Billy Dodds You signed Billy Dodds We signed Caniggia You signed Billy Dodds
  13. Looking forward to singing this when this game finally gets played. We've got a crap pitch We've got a crap pitch YOU LET YOUR CLUB DIE We've got a crap pitch
  14. Imagine we send you into the play offs. That would be quite amusing
  15. If we got bought over from a Sauda Prince then any glory hunting Dab turning up in the Derry in genuinely going to get a boot in the baws and told to f**k off...
  16. Fun fact- there was more Dundee fans at Muirton to watch us win the league and relagate the Saints ( lol ) than McTracter Parks record attendance.
  17. That's the point I'm trying to make mate. The younger utd fans only support them because their dad's/grandads swapped the team they support. I can honestly say that is something I'd never do. Maybe I'm old fashioned but your team ( should be your local team ) should be passed down from generation to generation to generation. In other words ' it's in your blood '
  18. It clearly makes perfect sense if you have any brain cells. For the dafties out there I'll explain in dafty talk so you can understand too. A lot of Dundee utd fans used to support Dundee, Celtic and Rangers but jumped ship in the 80s.
  19. The main difference between Dundee and Dundee Utd is that Dundee's support is generational. My dad, grandad, great grandad, great great grandad all supported the Dees and passed down the love that comes with that. Utd support is different in that the vast majority of their support isn't generational. In other words we're the good guys who won't change our club for anything.
  20. Love - Dundee Like - Hibs, all Fife clubs, all Angus clubs, Partick, Motherwell, Killie, Falkirk Not fussed either way - the rest Wanks - Hearts, St Johnstone, Aberdeen, Hamilton, Morton Scum - Dundee Utd, Celtic, Rangers Scumbags - Dundee Utd
  21. We won the league in Perth Fly the flag, sent them down, Fly the flag, sent them down We won the league in Perth Fly the flag, sent them down, Fly the flag, sent them down Mon the Dee
