I think Carlo has worked his socks off all season and equally Duthie hasn't stopped chasing balls all season too. Both IMO could have taken home the award. I was quietly pleased to see Sam Muir get a game yesterday and don't think he did a turn wrong. He played well considering he's been keeping the bench warm all season . I just hope we can move on and build for next season and that starting with a new leader at the helm . We showed at times yesterday we can play football when we're not panicking or humping it up the park . Regardless Mr Farrell needs to be hitting the exit . There's a few empty jerseys on the park and they have to follow

Knowing Farrel well. , he's good at shafting folk well for his own personal gain. He will make sure he has something substantial in his contract so he makes something out of nothing like he has done for many years . It may cost us to give him the boot . Either now or we wait . Still gna cost us but a worthy cost in my opinion .we have 7 Cup finals left as already mentioned . I don't see the team rallying behind him now, haven't done it all season.

I'd happily contribute to a 'Go fund me' page set up in order to pay a settlement for farrells departure. If there's a time for the AWOL owners to show and interest it is now . Seen better management and players down the Argyll parks today !!

I criticised calum Wilson earlier in the season and was critical about his performances . I actually now think it's been farrel, he's ruined a decent young player. He's frozen him and muir , lynch and orsi out the starting 11. Maybe it's time to start these guys again because what we're currently fielding is rotten . Everytime we loose a goal , the heads go down and there's no fire , players walk back to the centre. Why isn't our captain or management team shouting and trying to rally the team up. I just don't get it.

Absolute riot ! Farrel straight up the tunnel , never acknowledged any traveling support at all. He knows he's on borrowed time . Sooner he goes the better and we can start building for league 2 , he can take one or two duds to the next club he's going to sink.

Farrel has to go . Why should we be any different from anyone else .its a results driven game. He has lost the dressing room. Players aren't playing for him at all . It's time to begin rebuilding for next season no matter what league we're in . The last two games have been massive for us and ended up poor. Fan numbers are down at home and for the first time today it has been evident the away crowds have fallen too . Struggling to get a supporters bus away compared to last season and the large number of away fans who travel by other means have fallen too .

Do they Honesty think we're daft enough to buy into the bullshit about the weather causing the state of the pitch..... perhaps conceding to that fact were letting another team use it aswell and getting little to nothing in the way of up keep . It just adds to the poor management of the club from those sitting in ivory towers .

I have trusted farrell for years to negotiate a half decent pay deal for the vocation I was in , he was full of promise from day one and on my 14 year was still trying to deliver the promise he had set . He fires blanks !!!!! There are others on here more quified to discuss legal reasons , business plans and what not . Thats beyond me . But one thing I know , I have been a fairly new fan to the club in the last 5 years and I am as passionate about seeing the success of Dumbarton and survival as everyone else . The only folk interested is the supporters , wither they go to home games, away games or tune in as and when they can . We went to Peterhead and got pumped off bottom of the league. I was on the only supporters bus we took but met by several familiar faces insee down at the rock, same with East Fife, and all other away games . The club needs to be in the hands of the people . Community links with Dumbarton access , Vale juniors , St pats all the way back to the kids level . Even tap into old Kilpatrick, clydebank teams . We need to set up some sort of development , reserve and incentive to bring the future through . I remember stevie Gérard saying he always believed in putting the future around the park , ball boys . So they could look on , be inspired and aspire to get on that pitch one day . My son was pulled from the crowd a few weeks ago to be a ball boy and his world lit up , he was back on the pitch and beside his heroes . He also appeared as a mascot under Duffy and was treated so well , taken into the dressing room, warmed up on the pitch, hit shots into our host / guide . For a kid that's as good as being a pro . In there somewhere, there is a club , players , professionals as they all aspire to be . Some if not most , gifted with opertunity to do something half of us would, for a fraction of what they are getting . What the team needs , and I am sorry to say it is a Barry ferguson at alloa , an Ian Murray, Paul Hartley. An ex pro who doesn't give a fcuk about the Ps and Qs . Gets in the dressing room , boots off the wall and tell the snow flakes to grow a set , man up and get out there and win 3 points . No meter how dirty , how hard or un fashionable. Get points. As they say . Points win prizes.

We need a gaffer with a bit of fire in the belly , get in there and give them there character . Rile them up and get them to go out and fight every week for points , a few them need to see it for what it is . A relegation dog fight . We showed it against Airdrie away. There's fire in there somewhere . Farrel has had his chance and it's not worked .
