100%. I am quite active in my job so I'm fortunate that way as my diet fucking stinks and I am the worlds worst at actually ever taking insulin.

I was 15.10 now about 12.8. Ideally would get to 12.0 and stay there. But I enjoy chocolate too much so hey ho.

Not the greatest scoring record, but 6ft3 and he was a decent sub for me in my Wrexham football manager save. Can't go wrong with that, imo.
