  1. Happy with that considering the alternatives. Wears his heart on his sleeve and if he brings some of that aggression to the team then he could make an instant impact. Of course it’s a gamble but it feels like one worth taking, the feedback from Livvy and Hamilton fans is pretty reassuring.
  2. Yes Both a symptom of a new era of entitlement in general It’s sad to see poorly paid Scottish managers go the way of the English Premiership - big difference being the managers down there are set for life, up here it impacts their livelihood The situation on the St Johnstone thread shows absolutely no-one is safe from this nonsense
  3. Interested enough to reply im not the bad guy here shouting for that guy to be sacked is just about the most entitled bullshit I’ve seen in football to date wee guys should have their internet access removed
  4. You can’t be for real, surely. f**k me, I really hope you lot go down and don’t get back up. Scumbags.
  5. You’re about 12 aren’t you? Referring to your most successful manager as ‘daft hobbit’ 6 months after winning a trophy. Have a word ffs.
  6. Absolute state of St Johnstone fans wanting a cup double winning manager, who was shafted by his club in the transfer window, bagged at the first sign of trouble. Incredible stuff.
  7. Duffy was hampered by having to rebuild the team every season due to the 1 year contracts. As you say, he’d earned the chance of another bite at it.
  8. The back line has been fine all season until the manager got bagged. I expect to get downvoted but Morton were always in the game under McPherson, with the sole exception of the 3 nil defeat at partick - which was a one off. Otherwise backline acquitted themselves just fine.
  9. Dunfermline have the players to get out of this and will providing they appoint someone with experience. They won’t do it with the playing out from the back pish they tried today. Martin Hardie commentating forgetting this is the championship and not the champions league. The calibre of player isn’t there for that style of play. It’s just naive. McPherson countered it easily today by not pressing or getting sucked in. The league is full of experienced managers like Duffy, Campbell, McCall who are not daft enough to fall for it.
