It had a whole ‘Life on Mars’ TV programme feel with the amount of sexism going on. I was slightly too young to remember the Ripper killings and although I knew a bit about it I wasn’t really aware of the timeline and how it panned out.
I did laugh I’m ashamed to say when they showed football footage with the crowd chanting “theres only one Yorkshire ripper”..
Typical nonce loving mackems! The fact people thought he was a Geordie was probably the most traumatic thing for them.

The Yorkshire ripper thing on bbc4 was extremely grim as expected but very good and doesn’t show the police in a good light at all.

Been getting the free bets of bet 365 but didn’t get refund for 4/1 winner. Won on the Liverpool game with free bet so will let it slide as can’t be arsed chasing up.
Unibet offer is decent free bet if you have winner at evens or higher if it’s placed within 15 mins before the race.

Can’t quite grasp why Chelsea are favourites, it’s a rank looking eleven they have out. Hoping their demise continues and spurs can show Saturday was just a bad day, well worth a nibble at around 9/4.
Been monitoring ward prowse for Southampton has been on set pieces lately with increased goal return so the visit of the porous Fulham tonight presents a decent opportunity for him to met anytime, got better than 4/1 on Betfair and have a small nibble on the giant Dane Vestergaard anytime at 18/1 such was the cottagers deficiency from set pieces on Friday. He’s not scored for saints yet but was a regular scorer in Germany.

I was a bit disappointed tbf, was more alpha papa style than the understated stuff from mid morning matters I tend to prefer. Format just didn’t work for me.

Yeah Also got recently binned from coral they had dropped the free bets to £2 anyway so no great loss. Traditionally one of the worst bookies.

Just finished the sunderland thing. As a Newcastle suppprter it provides plenty of point and laugh material, when they mentioned ibra as a target I was like mr burns thinking about the crippled Irishman. The bloke squaring up to Coleman was also very funny.

Sunderland 7/10 home to Bristol rovers is massive. Got a reasonable single on this and a few quid on any unquoted home win (4+) at 9/1. Also took them in a treble with Charlton to win and Leicester dnb at zaha less palace.
