  1. fair enough I was quickly proved wrong. Frasier was good and Cheers was some show to live up too one of my favourite shows ever. havent watched the others
  2. Im struggling to think of a good spinoff, are they all not shite
  3. State of grace - Sean Penn, Gary Oldman, Ed Harris i really like this movie. Came out same year as goodfellas and was overshadowed by that. The score is by ennio morricone. Some say oldmans performance is over the top but i think its perfect, the westies were an over the top story, i thought at times oldman was like jimmy cagney ‘the “stevie never hurt nobody” scene could of been jimmy cagney saying those lines grear movie, great actors and soundtrack
  4. thats a great movie, underated the scene when he sits back and just looks at the safe after hes opened it is class
  5. Did she use the N word? i was thinking when i read she got 12k for a public health message she should do that for free but i guess it must be the norm to get paid is it? I stupidly thought “celebs” would do that sort of stuff for free, expenses only at most
  6. I dont agree next indy ref is within 3-4 years if its won its a new beginning, if its lost again then thats it for a long time so there wont be another referendum just around the corner
  7. As good as he is and how well the Bucs played , im fed up hearing about Brady to the extent Id go with a Cowboys win
  8. John Thompson, A Celtic Legend!! It will be interesting to see what team we play this weekend now that we had a bit of time for real training and more new players in.
  9. Quest from Birmingham used to put out some good mixes back in the day, was when Hardcore/Jungle was mixing up still This tune was on 1 of the DJ mixes not sure which one (no track listings in those days) , there was 8 tapes and it was years later before I found out what it was but loved it being dropped into the mix. Still a stormer even now by the Fat Controller
  10. I watched the first one last night, Uist was looking great. I wouldnt mind fishing there for sea trout, didnt look like anyone was fishing there at same time. Im shite at fishing but I enjoy it and enjoy being outdoors in some nice spots'. Never find enough time for it though nowadays maybe 3 or 4 times a year if im lucky.
  11. Deep Blue - The Helicopter tune, I have this tune on vinyl somewhere 10" instead of 12" think it was a collectors item (think its worth about a whole 2 bob on ebay). I didnt buy much vinyl for singles more LPs for bands but for some reason got this as it was big at the time and I was quite into Jungle/DnB then. The B-side was Sunset over Stevenage, it was a good tune too, it was certainly a better title
  12. The tories may be under estimating the potential that shortage of goods will have, they arent going to be able to solve that as they are completely incompetent and probably presumed in some deluded way the market would in a couple years solve it. It wont either. If the shortage of goods really starts to impact peoples lives widely in England then its very likely that they will vote the tories out
  13. Duppy took control of my hand while I was writing
  14. White doves and pure house
  15. Just a simple pure house song
  16. some prep work for our future A.I overlords, they feed on data
  17. Its a bit of a scandal Europe wide over last 20 years how eastern european lorry drivers in particular have been exploited with low wages to prop up western european countries low prices for goods, if anything positive comes out of this shortage of lorry drivers in UK is that the light being shone on this means people will start to question more about how these drivers are/were treated in Europe/UK and is it acceptable or not and do we sort it in the long term.
  18. These 2 numpties have a lot in common, the far right and Islamic extremists are very similar
  19. Theres anti-englishness in the Yes movement and within SNP but its not widespread. All political party's and political movements attract complete roasters to some extent.
  20. Why do they think its a good thing to have what seems like power concentrated in a few hands and I still find it hard to believe a wife and husband are allowed to to hold such high positions simultaneously and no one in SNP thinks it could look like or create a conflict of interest
  21. Listening to these all again makes it worth it even if no one else listens
