Since the article was posted yesterday, when are we likely going to get the announcement? Tomorrow?

One year rolling contract should be the way forward IMO. Save on the amount you pay if you are sacked.

If I’m correct that now makes it the last three times McIntyre has applied and been interviewed and not got the job. The question is why do we keep interviewing him?

What happened to Peter Grant? Was he deemed not good enough or did he not even apply? I would have though he would have been a shoe in.

Underwhelmed it’s probably how I would describe that appointment but as I said we need to get behind whoever it was. All we ask is for a manager to sign decent players and play good football. The results will take care of themselves after.

Just because I don’t want him doesn’t mean I wouldn’t back him should he be given the job.

I’ll back whoever the new manager is. Some will be happy with the appointment and some won’t be and that’s just football. It doesn’t matter what they’ve done at previous clubs it’s what they do as ours that counts. Look at Hartley for example. Perfect appointment at the time and ended up being the imperfect manager.
