Really good TEAM performance today, DA and the players involved deserve credit for today Some of the "missing" players maybe need to have a word with themselves & an attitude adjustment, realise who pays their wages and what's expected of them as Ross County players. The poor performances from many of these missing players is what cost the last manager his job. We're in a relegation battle and need STRONG characters with a will to win. Not chancers looking to jump ship or take extended family breaks when Ross County have games to win.

Several players HAVE no interest in playing for Derek Adams, that includes senior players within the leadership group, I'm pretty sure Ferguson has been made aware. Adams was TOLD to apologise to the squad for his 1st outburst where he said Morecambe are x100 better. He gathered the group then refused to apologise, instead doubled down on it. Adams was then dragged back, then gave a meally mouthed apology Infront of the squad, with MacGregor sitting over him, to make sure he followed through with the apology. I find it hard to be critical of someone not giving 100% for Adams after been treated like that, BUT this is football, and it's unbearable to PAY and watch players pissing about, not bothering when it's MY team. Where we go from here, I've no idea, but I hold Derek Adams responsible for this mess.

I see from the Simon Murray interview (below) where he apologises to the fans, he also suggests that there are players not giving 100%, the senior players in the group need to start sorting that shit out now, or the rest of the season is a write off.

Yup, this is my take on it. The measure of a manager/coach imo is the ability to improve a player or a group. To get more out of them than what was expected. What we've seen from DA is the worst example of improving a group I've ever seen. 100% the dressing room has gone & that's purely down to one man. I just can't see how Ross County come back from this situation. The board maybe feel we're too far invested in this DA project to back out now. There's other signings in the pipeline plus the backroom reshuffle so to bin DA now leaves Cowie with a group of dissatisfied players with 6 months to go on their deals. Personally, I've had enough I'm sick of the poison DA has brought to my club.
