How was the pitch today? Seems to have been a lot of concern about the playing surface prior to the match.

For a pitch for a final, truly embarrassing. Goalmouths like a field with no grass in them and the rest of the pitch very uneven. If you like pump the ball up the park football, perfect.  Suspect it was reflected by 5 pens going over the bar.

Why Hearts see this as a suitable venue for its b team and to develop players god only knows.

After we equalised we had a few good chances, with better finishing we could have been ahead at the break.

Gala could have snatched the win at the death mind you.

Quite liked the boy Gospel Ocoli who is on loan from Partick.

Aye, he’s a real live wire, definitely adds to the team

Aye should have won on Saturday and deserved a draw against Rangers B and at least a point against the Colts.

Thought a draw on Saturday was about right, though you probably had a few more chances. Gala have got a good young keeper on loan at the moment who keeps it together at the back

The rankings at http://scotscores.theroonba.com/clubrank/clubrankepr.html and other pages have been updated to show the new linear leagues. Apart from VOL and the Second/Third Division top 2 it's quite tight everywhere, which is to be expected now we finally have tiers 6-9 sorted.

Premier - Linlithgow winners; Mussleburgh, Oakley, VOL relegated.

First - Dunipace, Kirkcaldy & Dysart, Glenrothes top 3; Burntisland, Coldstream, Rosyth bottom 3.

Second - Whitburn, Syngenta, Heriot-Watt top 3; Ormiston, Peebles, Hawick, Craigroyston bottom 4

    Third - Bo'ness and Armadale

As far as the prem is concerned a couple of groups of teams pretty close together

Let's face it west teams most of them heart isn't in it going any higher. They wanna play in a top league and senior Scottish entry.  East will always benefit in these playoffs as they actually want to go up into a tinpot league.

How will the east always benefit?  So WofS teams don’t want to go to tier 5?

More likely 3 up/down given that's what the Premier had in 2019/20 before Covid stopped things.

Other questions are whether the Second Division will go to 16 meaning more relegation, and how a net gain/loss from the Lowland League will cascade throughout the divisions.

Money on Gretna to to be bottom next season?

    What are todays results?

Technical difficulties on EOS site and full time scores Twitter not updated either.

I’m at work so can’t trawl through the various Twitter feeds.

Hutchie won 3-0, Tynecastle won 3-2, Dunbar drew 2 all. Tynecastle play Dunbar next week, Hutchie play Nitten
