I think it’s actually quite impressive that Hogarth and co have stayed quiet through all this. Cent believe we came out with a win after the first 15 minutes. Shamal MOTM by miles, although Stephen Kelly was good too. Great feeling getting that late winner, whether it means anything or not.

That first 15-20 mins from St Johnstone was brilliant. Can’t believe they only scored one and not at least three. Maybe five on a good day. But just one today. Funny coincidence that Shamal George has been shit all season and, having been told to find a new club, suddenly plays a blinder between the sticks. Rest of the game was pretty even, I thought. Montano took his goal well, it would have been easy to lace it but a side foot finish was lovely. Thought it could have gone either way in the closing moments. Bradley and Shinnie combined and here we are with a rare win.

I heard Don Paul has yet to relinquish control of the Trust social media accounts, website and mailing list. Not sure how anyone can get the message out otherwise.

He’s the only person who affords opportunities, the only one who can challenge. Until he wakes up and sacks himself, or bankrupts the club trying and/or failing to get control of the ownership, he’s going nowhere. I gather some members of his family now work at the club too. Will be interesting to see who does and doesn’t lose their job in the offices this summer.

From a football point of view it’s a no brainer, but here’s a thought. If Martindale did the right thing and fucked off, and Ward has promised to go with him, would all this legal action cease to be contested? Then the owners have control of the club and would only stand to sue themselves, rendering it all pointless?
