  1. I heard Don Paul has yet to relinquish control of the Trust social media accounts, website and mailing list. Not sure how anyone can get the message out otherwise.
  2. He’s the only person who affords opportunities, the only one who can challenge. Until he wakes up and sacks himself, or bankrupts the club trying and/or failing to get control of the ownership, he’s going nowhere. I gather some members of his family now work at the club too. Will be interesting to see who does and doesn’t lose their job in the offices this summer.
  3. From a football point of view it’s a no brainer, but here’s a thought. If Martindale did the right thing and fucked off, and Ward has promised to go with him, would all this legal action cease to be contested? Then the owners have control of the club and would only stand to sue themselves, rendering it all pointless?
  4. They lost one case against a former employee for a very large sum of money.
  5. Ward says the stock transfer to McIlvogue has been completed. The supporters trust claim to have the share register so I’m surprised they haven’t commented on this.
  6. He said he’d be losing players out of contract and others who want to leave, which I imagine is Stephen Kelly. My understanding is that everyone except the goalkeeper has the option to leave for free if they want to.
  7. Martindale saying he wants to keep 12 or 13 of the current squad
  8. Future first team stars (for East of Scotland League teams)
  9. I’m getting really worried my joke has been lost. Ward’s legal team made a spelling error in the paperwork a couple of weeks, saying he was in Dever when he was in Denver.
  10. You said loads of journalists were going so I’m sure we will read it soon.
  11. One has to wonder why the football club or its directors need to be involved in any of these cases.
  12. I wonder how much we have paid TS Galaxy in “scouting fees” to facilitate the Teto farce to date?
  13. So, new poster, you know he’s going to be found guilty and not awarded a custodial sentence. Any other nuggets for us? Fans used to carry round a flag celebrating DM as Escobar, how times change!
  14. The club facilitated Declan Gallagher’s career break a few years back so, if that was acceptable from an employee, I’m not sure why it would be a problem all of a sudden for a volunteer to pick up a conviction - if, indeed, he does - whilst involved with the club.
  15. It could work out really nicely for a journalist somewhere if we got relegated and the next day they were able to break a story about John Ward, then a couple of days later drop another about Dave Black. Triple threat.
  16. Interesting who was sat with Ged Nixon: Neil Hogarth, Scott McMillan (until recently a big supporter of the current regime), Jim Kilday (wrote on Facebook that he tried to buy the club in 2023 lol). Not sure who the other guy they sat with was.
  17. Very disappointing, I had my popcorn out and everything
