I thought that I picked up on a wee hint about (future) Friday night (lights) football in Davidson's post match interview. I honestly wouldn't be shocked if this happened. I don't know how many fitba daft folk they'd pick up from the other Glasgow teams who'd go and watch anyone on a Friday night.....?.....is Friday night logistically better for school kids to attend.....? Personally it wouldn't bother me either way, but TBH I'd slightly favour Friday night lights. I don't "make a day" of football home matches these days, and haven't (been allowed too ) for many years.

I'm sure there will be Bottom 6 Premiership teams looking at him, for sure. Contract length, and more importantly QP staying up, will hopefully put them off for this close season. Let's also not forget he'd make just as much money, perhaps quite a bit more, in Division 1/Championship down south too.

I'm happy to be proven wrong but I thought Scott signed an 18 month deal......? Anyone who offers Sheridan a TWO year deal gets him. Let it be us. Still plenty of legs left and great for bringing on Paton and McLeish.

Great result! Very good all round team performance. Airdrie didn't chuck it but maybe weren't on it 100%. Two excellent finishes. I would like us to offer Cillian Sheridan a TWO year contract. I don't know what he's like in training but he should be worth his wait in gold helping on Paton and McLeish. I know it isn't important but I would like him to give the support a wee wave when he gets a standing ovation. As I said, no biggie, it might just be his style.

A steward encouraged the unused squad players to move from the back of the "hospitality" section. I explained to her that "this is nonsense, they're players, as in Queens Park players, like the reason we're here, like the reason you're getting paid" Fell totally on deaf jobsworth ears, and she shifted them until Uncle Dom came along and vouched for them. Amateur on the pitch, amateur off the pitch, but I'm sure they look after the prawn sandwich brigade.

I'm a tad concerned all these yellow cards are going to lead to some first choicers being suspended for some crunch games: Scott and Welsh in particular.

I've been supporting QP since the mid 90s. It's still a pinch me moment to see international class players such as Wilson and Sheridan playing for us. Obvs they're towards the end of their careers, certainly Sheridan is, but their class is so obvious.

Aye fair enough "can't be arsed" is probably unwarranted but yesterday he looked right up for it, and in it, first half but second half he was anonymous. If the ball didn't come straight to him he made little effort to get it. Compared with Jack Thomson, who I thought bust a gut yesterday.

Dom Thomas is an enigma. A world beater one week (and occasionally one half) and the next it looks like he can't be arsed.

I've never heard of this happening. It must be very rare. With modern surgery that operation seemed to be very successful. Does anyone know of this happening before and the sportsperson coming back again? Young lad with a real talent, I wish him all the best. It must be incredibly difficult mentally. You get so close to the light at the end of the proverbial and then bam. Awful

I'm immediately liking the cut of Joshua Scott's jib. Got right stuck in, and shows a bit of flair. It was very heartening to see us grind out a win. Over all I thought a draw would have been fair, my er** was twitching that last ten, when they threw the kitchen sink at it. Glorious hoops.

It was difficult to tell, he booked about half the Queens team for having the temerity to suggest the Ayr player had dived.

Spong Is a fantastic wee player. I "player cammed" him for about ten minutes during the Raith match and he reminded me of Paul Lambert. I know I know calm down but he's that type of player. Simple gives and then make yourself available again if an out ball is required. He's also an excellent tackler, not just removing possession but retaining it too. He seems just a wee bit short of pace, I haven't seen him run very fast, or maybe his excellent positional awareness doesn't require him to be busting a gut. He's my current favourite Queens' player, by quite a wee way.

How have we contrived to lose that game? Even a draw would have felt like a defeat. We're flying at 2-1 and Robin makes two unforced (?) substitutions. Can anyone explain this logic? Do you not back the lineup that's got us back into the game.....? These idiotic tactical blunders have got to stop. A win today could have been season defining. I'm absolutely gutted.
