Its to spark debate. My take on it is that Only 1 club can be relegated. Either 1. Dunfermline have been relegated - so the SPL can't relegate TCFKAR, or 2. If they're going to try to relegate TCFKAR then Dunfermline can't be relegated. Either way, IF the SPL's intension is to relegate TCFKAR = Dundee can't be in the SPL next season.
