I'd rather keep Dowds over Chalmers Chalmers is a luxury player like McDaid who you get flashes of brilliance and only 1 or 2 good games each quarter and then the rest of the time he's a passenger. Dowds however you know he's going to give 110% each game

Martindale says he's already got 3 players signed up on pre-contacts so it makes you wonder with Dowds... pretty sure he's from Edinburgh area Would imagine Chalmers will end up at Raith or Falkirk next season

Think this is the most excited I've been for the off season since the year we won the league 1 title under McCall. Think it was helped last night with Brown pretty much confirming to VOR that he's wanting to do a major overhaul of the squad for next season

Interesting how that'll work. Glad they're trying to improve it but my question is why has it taken to the last month of the season when it has been poor all season? It's just not big enough imo, should extend it out into some of the beer garden space which i think is too big for the amount of times realistically throughout a season you have the weather to enjoy using it. Would give you space for more bums on seats and also a larger bar area

Our style of play at both ends of the park have been noticeably better under Brown IMO. Especially at the back where we were shipping goals for fun.. Only thing I would say is that Bullen seemed to get the best out of Chalmers

Broony gets the job done. Has us playing with an identity. Lot more solid at the back overall. I'm growing to Sanders, i'd get him signed up for next season, only CB we've had in the last 3 seasons who has kept Brian Graham in their back pocket. Onwards and upwards

We've got a commercial officer but their role shouldn't/doesn't cover social media as far as I know. We don't have a social media/communication position at the club as far as I'm aware. We're badly crying out for one...

The warcry social media content this week about getting as many supporters as possible up to firhill to help us get over the line for our biggest game of the season has been unbelievable, oh wait... You actually wonder if behind closed they're that rose tinted about being safe considering Brown was asked after Dundee United game about challenging for top 4 next season to which he rightly replied "we need to guarantee survival first". Or if just because of the very limited communication with supporters it's just made to look out like this.

Brown has openly said he doesn't know which position best suits McKenzie or Bryden. With Bryden i feel as if you see glimpses and then he blends into the abyss for the next 2 months with mediocre performances, what usually tends to happen with him is he comes off the bench and does well so is rewarded next game with a start and is anonymous. Frustrating player to watch at times

Wouldn't be at all surprised if Bryden starts RM Yes i know.. Need someone who's going to track back and help Stanger from the onslaught of Lawless or Fitzpatrick which Chalmers isn't going to do, Amartay might do it but not convinced it would be well enough to Brown's liking.
