I heard through the grapevine that Danny Lennon has applied for the job.

Time for both GT and McLean to go, I wouldn’t trust Thomson to appoint the new manager. We need someone, anyone, who is capable of taking charge of a team for 90 mins, not 45. That second half was utterly gutless.

Attacking midfielder/forward. It’s Jordan Allan.

Reasonably happy with the second half performance, had we actually had a Rennie or a Leslie I think we could have easily scored 3 in the second half without reply. Forbes was unlucky with the free kick, McCallum absolutely kept Forfar in the match. Heard a number of rumours at HT about the incoming attacking midfielder. If true it would really catapult us up the league standings. Special mention to the Forfar defence who threw themselves to the ground at any given opportunity in the last 20 minutes of the game. Absolutely embarrassing.

Going to need to rely heavily on the loan market. Either that or resign ourselves to being bottom until Christmas. How has it come to this?

Thank goodness. I still think we need major change in the boardroom, but at least they aren’t completely tone deaf.

There really is no getting away from how bad that was yesterday, one of the worst performances I think most will have witnessed from both sides yesterday. We looked utterly inept at going forward, Euan Cameron and Connor Scullion, goodness knows what Duffy and McLean see in either of them to offer them deals this season. Even if we do get this major cash injection, I wouldn’t trust anyone at the club just now to spend it wisely. Very worrying times.

Hopefully we play like we did in the first 45 mins last Saturday. As someone above said it would have been nice to have had a couple of new faces in over the week but I’m quietly confident that we could take all three points tomorrow.

I’m sceptical about the timing of the announcement to be honest, given how much resentment has been voiced towards the running of the club and the possibility of an EGM. Will certainly be interesting to see what happens come mid-season when we’re (quite likely) scrapping at the bottom with Elgin. Guess that shows how much faith I have in the board and this magic money tree that has suddenly appeared. However, I would be well happy to be proven wrong.
