  1. Why not go for WOSFL. EOSFL, HL & LL all at tier 5, HL & LL already tier 5 so why not add in WOS & EOS? Surely that would be the most progressive move? Winners then enter a mini league and the winner (assuming meets the criteria) face off against the bottom of League 2 for a place in the SPFL. Having it regionalised tier 5 with the 4 regions makes it a much more attractive pyramid system, instead of paying crazy amounts of money on transport in tier 5, better use of the money would be investing in ground/playing staff? Once or if you reach the SPFL then you need to accept travelling anywhere in Scotland. The easiest way out of the WOSFL, if it is so bad, is to simply win the league and win the play off. There really isn't anything complicated about getting out the league. I don't get what the complaints are, it is as simple as if you are the best team you win the league. Over the course of a season the best team wins the league, last season Beith were best side, season before Darvel with the only difference being Darvel were able to play in the play-offs, Beith weren't. I am a firm believer that the league table come the end of the season doesn't lie.
  2. To add context to you argument, Clydebank have played the most league matches 27 along with 6 cup games, Clydebank don't compete in the Scottish Junior Cup. Beith have played 21 league games however played 14 cup matches, of which only 1 was the Scottish Junior Cup. Had they not played that game they would be on 22 league games so still 5 games in hand over the league leaders as oppose to 6. The Scottish Junior Cup has not caused Beith to have as many games in hand over Clydebank the difference is longer cup runs in other competitions. Don't know how the above scenario would be solved by the league? Do you want dedicated weekends set aside for cup games and even if teams are out in round 1 then aren't awarded a league game and the team that is already out then sit idle on "west of scotland cup round 2" weekend for example? That then would keep everyone on same league games throughout the season? Surely that is a much worse scenario?
