Whilst technically true that makes it sound a lot nicer and more innocent than what went down.
Fully agree. It was a disgusting affair. I thought Sevco were going to do something similar but then the football authorities pretended that they hadn't died.

Clydebank are still in the SPFL. They were renamed Airdrie United.

The Old Firm have shown what worthless articles they are in European tournaments recently; let's piss everyone off by introducing their second string outfits into our league system to turn that around. Surely worth a punt, eh?
Why don't they simply scrap the other 40 teams in the league and replace them with 20 Celtic and 20 Rangers reserve teams? Then every match will be an OF derby and Scottish football will be saved.

It's official Albion Rovers are no longer the worst senior team in Scotland - that honour now goes to the Scotland team.

Clyde have been judged as using an ineligible player against QP and Albion Rovers. Both results changed to 3 0 defeats for Clyde.

Alright lads, I've recorded a podcast with former Queen's Park forward David Weatherston. I ended up speaking to him for almost five hours, he's a brilliant guy.
Anyway, here's part one where he talks exclusively about his time at Hampden. You'd think I'd get bored talking about the promotion-winning side of 2007 but here we are. He's the fourth person I've interviewed after Stevie Canning, Alan Trouten and Mick Dunlop.
Riveting listening. Thanks to you and David.

Thanks for the update C4mmy31. Ross is a clever player and his frustration showed last year at the lack of guile around the team. I've little doubt he'll do better at the higher level.
2018 was a phenomenal year for Killie. 74 points across the year, one more than Celtic. Special time for your club. If you've any lively young strikers needing some league experience let us know.
How about Brophy?

Queen's are 1000/1 to win League One.... https://www.oddschecker.com/football/scottish/league-1/winner
That'd be some achievement.
Hawd on! Albion Rovers are only 200/1.

Alright lads, I recorded a podcast with erstwhile Spider Mick Dunlop and I think you might enjoy it.
He talks at length about playing under Billy Stark, his team-mates, the atmosphere at the club, the promotion, staying in the Second Division, and how the team eventually broke up.
Excellent. It brought back some great memories of the Stark era.

Saw Alistar Miller playing for the 20's on Wednesday, maybe Lewis Mcghee as well. Had forgotten about Calvin Mcgrory, think the lad has a very bright future. Anyone know if he's injured or out on loan? I'm sure the 20's team on Wednesday was announced on facebook/twitter.
Queen’s Park: Kieran McDougall, Luke McCall, Cammy Dickson, Anthony McGuire (81mins Nick McAlister), Lewis Magee, Gregor Fotheringham, Adam Martin, Declan Walsh, Smart Osadolor (76mins Aaron Black), Ronan Mclaughlin, Ali Miller (81mins Aaron Mooney)

New manager - Arsene Wenger?

I too think that they do a great job in getting the highlights and interviews out so quickly. My two problems are putting out that interview with Scott and the use of statements instead of questions. Some of the BBC interviewers use this so often that it's like they are interviewing themselves.

He’s not a professional footballer, they don’t do media training, he looked and sounded like a guy who was pissed off with the performance and result. We also don’t know what went on in the dressing room, so you can understand why he might not have been feeling particularly chirpy.
On another subject, at what sort of pace is the managerial role expected to be filled? Clyde at home? Usually someone has heard something and someone will be “linked” i.e touting themselves in the press. Unusually quiet.
You seem to have missed the point I was making. I was not criticising Scott but QPTV. They are meant to present the club in a good light not to put out a piece starring a shell shocked player. I'd also like the interviewer not to ape the worst of the BBC method of making a statement instead of an open question - a frustrating afternoon out there for you - was the start of both interviews.

The interview with Scott Gibson should have been rerecorded. It made him look really bad. Is that what we want to see from our captain. Going back to the game on Saturday - where were our mid-field? All too often there were Edinburgh players in acres of space.

It is very simple. If you owe tax you have to pay it. If you have an indemnity from X then they can pay HMRC direct or repay you the money that you paid HMRC. In this case X will not pay HMRC or indeed repay you. HMRC couldn't care less if you have an indemnity you are responsible for the tax.

Condolences to family, friends and club. He was a great football man and will be sorely missed.

That's what people use it as now, but I'm talking about the origin of the phrase (and yes, I know it's a wiki entry, but that's the fastest way):
Decimation (Latin: decimatio; decem = "ten") was a form of military discipline used by senior commanders in the Roman Army to punish units or large groups guilty of capital offences such as mutiny or desertion. The word decimation is derived fromLatin meaning "removal of a tenth".[1] The procedure was a pragmatic, yet vicious, attempt to balance the need to punish serious offences with the practicalities of dealing with a large group of offenders.[2]
O me miserum

Just a wee snippet off-topic - had the share value been "decimated", it would have lost ten per cent of its value.
The reality is much, much worse.
Which is pleasing to the power of pleasing - a pleasingplex, maybe? (Note to self - check with The_Diddy when he shows himself, see what the rules are for inventing words these days).
I think you will find it is 90% i.e. down to a tenth.

Just out of interest what's the situation at other Scottish clubs with regards to be on or off the various markets?
But they're not the biggest and most successful clumpany in the history of the world. Diddy clubs know their place.
